Blue Tweets Round-Up
With the reveal of Patch 2.3's PTR and lots of datamined information, there has been quite a few interesting tweets from both John Yang and Wyatt Cheng over the past couple days. They include their intent with Set reworks, clarifying Kanai's Cube doubts, and discussing how the changes to crowd-control may affect some classes' solo runs - and potential solutions.

On T10's Purpose
I appreciate the torment changes, however Extra Damage and Extra Hit Points on monsters is hardly interesting.T7-T10 aren't meant to be more interesting than T6 - they're just meant to be more appropriate for some players' gear levels. (source)

Huh, the Wall of Zombies changes are super interesting. Seems like the Diablo team liked the circle of Zombies from BlizzHeroes.Definitely liked the BlizzHeroes version of Wall of Zombies. Works well in Diablo. (source)

6P Sets Balance
So out of curiosity how hard do you intend on buffing archon damage so you dont need 5200+ stacks to be on par with tals and delsOur goal is for all the 6-7pc sets to be competitive with other top sets. We'll tune their power level accordingly. (source)

CC Adjustments
The CC-effectiveness reduction changes hurt certain solo builds. This is known - we will be watching PTR to adjust as needed.
Wizard teleport and Crusader Sweep both come to mind, which rely on CC as solo play. It's sad but let's find cool solutions during PTR k? :) (source)
Yay.. Cat Mojo, me like!
Well, it needs to be rewarding at somepoint otherwise people will just do T6. We know Diablo players, they ask for something, but if they don't deliver with tons of benefits they rather do boring things like when we were used to do bounties on Normal difficulty. But I'm not sure about 100%, actually, I doubt that will be 100% as keywardens will drop machines. Nowadays the droprate at T6 is 50%, maybe they put a 75% on T10, or maybe, as they want Hellfire events to be endgame, they put 50% on T10 and lower the previous ones, we'll have to see.
did the devs at blizzard come down with the "give us everything we ask for" flu?
From some previous developer replies we've learned that they are removing Keys altogether (for Infernal Machines and for Rifts) and that Wardens will drop Infernal Machines instead.
Which is nice. I know it's some sorta of semplification, but i stopped playing Diablo 3 (once again) as soon as i found farming keys and trials boring as hell. <.<
