Wyatt Cheng on Potions
We already knew from the Diablo panel at Blizzcon that devs were against the idea of potions being used offensively. Wyatt Cheng replied to an tweet on why that is the case - it is also mentioned how he is strongly against CDR affecting potion cooldown. Read below.

What about a potion that passively gives life regen but has a power, cast jailer for example?rule of thumb: if I use the potion at a diff time than to heal, that's bad. If use case lines up with heal, then good.
Tyrael Arm Tattoo
The official Diablo twitter account forwarded a message from Keith Johnson with an amazing Tyrael tattoo on his arm. Check it out below! And would you have a similar one?
Pylon Spawn Mechanics in GRs
Wudijo has made a very interesting discovery related to how Pylon spawning mechanics work in Greater Rifts (possibly Rifts too), and uploaded a video going explaining it. Its contents were well summarized by rcpd over at the Reddit thread, as quoted below. Check them out!
tldw; Pylons now spawn dynamically based on your rift progress and not statically at rift creation. There are 2-4 pylon spawns per rift and they won't spawn unless you fill your rift progression bar but there are additional hidden conditions like they can't spawn on areas that are already explored, so you can "force" a spawn by having someone scout the level, then kill everything on the level and when you switch to the next unexplored area you will almost immediately spawn a pylon (i.e. get to 99%, run to exit, spawn RG on your fresh pylon, profit).
I think it was probably some kind of anti-exploit mechanic originally, which is ironic, but you would also think Blizzard would learn by now that no matter how deviously they try to hide game mechanics, eventually someone will figure it out and attempt to exploit it. (source)
Moldran's Back to Diablo Highlights
Moldran recently started playing Diablo again, and he uploaded a video showcasing a few highlights from his playthrough - some of them are quite entertaining, and funny, or at his overreaction is. Long story short: don't keep clearing rifts when they're closing kids. An enjoyable watch - check it out.
The hell is Moldran's problem? He closes the rift and goes back in? Why? If you wanna clear the rift. Clear it. Dont just close if you wanna keep killing.
:/
Maybe his party wants to close it but he doesn't wanna stop for a second? I don't know - either way, it's a funny video.
After having a Set item drop in Season 1 for me doing that same thing, I have now promised myself that once it starts closing I'm not even staying there to see if anything drops. =P
I remember back in early RoS, getting the death bug where you couldn't rez as a Crusader. I was pretty undergeared at the time, and I watched as the rest of my group cleared the rift level, unable to move, unable to do anything but watch the map without reseting the game. One after another legendary star lit up on the map, 2 set, 4 regular. Looking back at those Legs I was never able to get to is one of my biggest regrets and strongest memories of playing this game.
