We'll continue to keep our eyes on this, and encourage you to let us know here if you continue to run into any issues withlinking your Sony Entertainment Network and/or Xbox LIVE accounts to your Battle.net account.

Thanks all, may the Treasure Goblins treat you kindly!

More Veiled Crystals and Stormshield Update

The hotfix to increase the amount of rare materials dropped by monsters has gone live, and players have a decreased shortage of Veiled Crystals now. Also, on a somewhat similar subject, Stormshield's affix display bug was fixed with Patch 2.1.1, and it should be dropping normally now.

Stampede 2.1.1 Guide

The Crusader Stampede build should be no strange to most hardcore Diablo 3 players by now. Deadset has put together a very complete video guide on the subject matter, with quite a few comments on the mechanics of the skill, what can reduce its effectiveness and other important things to keep in mind while playing this build.

While we have featured a similar video in previous news, this particular video has a more organized formatting and some unusual tips, a useful source for anyone looking to start a Crusader or just learning a bit more about the build. Watch it below!

And while we are at it, we have an interesting post made by Mannercookie, another expert Crusader player, on the video - talking about how he believes the build can be optimized even further!

Hi Deadset,

Nice video, and here's a few things I would like to add.

Despite what the masses use, Gogok is not the best choice of gem for this build imo. I personally use both banes + pain when I run this inside grifts. 35% damage during entire rift beats out a small APS buff when pain enhancer already provides extreme APS buffs, if you time properly you will also have 35% buff majority of the RG fight and 15% the rest which also beat out 15% AIS (only like .8 APS).

Positioning is key and it's very important to keep enemies within 20 yards when you are in combat to take full advantage of pain enhancer's buffs which are much stronger than gogok's 15% APS. You do not need the CDR bonuses if you maintain 56, you also do not need to run long arm if you manage your wrath properly and gear properly. The fear rune on provoke is absolutely the best if you learn to control the range and use of it.

This is a very skillful build to play if you are trying to maximize it's DPS potential, simply spamming the skill off-screen into masses of mobs is not optimal play-style if you are trying to achieve good timing.
