I believe we made an adjustment already as to how the inventory screen refreshing was happening. You should not be seeing the same problem as originally described which was causing in-game lag, though you may still be seeing slightly strange behavior. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
999 monster kills required to summon a Rift Guardian? It's not a timer, it's a counter. You need to kill enough monsters (999 I believe) for it to reach 100% at which point the guardian will spawn. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
RMAH Auctions still labled as "Under review" only a bugAll 3 of those auctions are from mid 2012. They were all completed around that time and are showing as "Manual Review" due to a display glitch the AH had back then. You would have received the money already if the items being sold were indeed sold or they would have been returned. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
Remaining balance still usable in Battle.net shop after AH shutdownThere isn't an RMAH account really. The balance you're referring to is your Battle.net balance which was/is used for much more than just RMAH purchases. It (your balance) will still exist after the final shutdown occurs on June 24, 2014.
For more information, please see http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/9972208129
You can use those funds for some in-game items depending on what they put up in the Battle.net Shop.

What you're seeing is a known display glitch the AH has/had back then (2012). I have a bunch of them on my account as well. The auctions you see listed like that completed with either the item being sent or returned. Nothing is owed you from any outstanding auctions. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
120 hz monitors locking at 60 FPS will be fixed in a future patchI could be wrong but I believe it's fixed internally and just waiting to be incorporated into an upcoming patch. It most likely won't be until 2.1 though. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
Artisan Showcase: "Malthael" by Kookabura
Blizzard has published a new Artisan Showcase, highlighting a sculpture of Malthael by Kookabura.

Kookabura (also known as Sikipeune on deviantART) first dabbled in animation before finding her calling in sculpture. The young artist has been creating her own figurines for more than 15 years now, using materials like modeling clay, resin, and silicone.
She has attended workshops to improve her pottery and modeling techniques, and often reproduces her sketches and sculptures several times to achieve perfection. After all, the devil is in the details.
A big fan of Blizzard games, Kookabura felt compelled to create a figurine depicting one of Diablo III's charismatic villains for our recent Reaper of Souls™ Fan Art Contest. Her subject? Death itself.
The sculpture, which measures the length of her forearm, took less than a month of hard work to complete. Malthael's body was crafted using Sculpey over a wire armature, with the wings constructed from resin. Being a perfectionist, there are still a few details the artist would like to refine, but we think Kookabura's rendition of the Angel of Death is absolutely stunning as-is.
