I was hoping they would fix Chiltara's drop rate for the Staff of Herding item.

It looks like it has been fixed. Before last week I was finding Chiltara almost every 2 - 3 runs with no gibbering gem drop but this time it took me several dozen runs to find her and she dropped it on the first go. Could just be luck but I feel like it has been fixed despite not being documented.
