More on BlizzCon Talent Contest
If you've forgotten about the Talent Contest, premiering on BlizzCon this year, or if you missed the news of it in the first place, now is the time to review your talents and put them on video. The news article on the official blog is like a little Q&A about the rules already, so we've gathered some of the useful blue responses.

This will also be tied to the email as the owning email of the entry from which the submission is sent from. (Official Forums)

@Malis: It's a good idea to submit your video in such a way that the performance you display is as close as possible to the performance that you would be able to perform onstage at BlizzCon. (Official Forums)

I'm curious - there's no language in the Contest Rules about limiting entrants to amateurs or hobbyists, nor disqualifying professionals from entry. What are the rules on that? Can professional performers enter? Doesn't seem fair if so.
@Linamar: The talent contest is intended to be a competition amongst people in the Blizzard community of fans, thus any and all are eligible to enter. (Official Forums)

Question: I'm planning on submitting a song parody act. All the lyrics are original. Would I be able to use the background music from the original song, or should I just go a capella to avoid any copyright issues?
@ALoVera: Parody is allowed, though if you want to use the background music from the original song, you'd need to obtain the rights. Alternatively, you could compose an original, similar sounding song or go a capella. (Official Forums)

@Naminé: Any Blizzard music is just fine. (Official Forums)

So if we for some reason used random people on the street for a video and they didn't know what was going on, what would be the rules on that?
@Showsumleg: Since you would need to be able to perform your talent on stage (where there will be a distinct lack of random people), it would probably disqualify the performance. (Official Forums)

Console Experience is Simply Different
Local coop certainly adds a lot of fun, and that alone provides a very different Diablo III experience, but you also might be surprised by how much the game changes due to direct control. I think some players are going to find the action experience with the controller very engaging, and that Diablo III on the console feels very different despite being largely the same. Policy on Comment Removal
@Gyella: Correct. The community site (or at least this part of it) isn't age-gated; it's viewable by everyone. As a result, we need to make sure that the content available is as kosher as possible.

In general, though, curse words are typically only removed if they're used in a derogatory way...which is unfortunately most of the time. If you're saying something is "badass" for example, that's fine. If you're calling someone, or something, names (i.e. insulting them) using profanity, that isn't. Context is key.
