Two months ago Blizzard attended GDC 2013 and in about 5 months from now BlizzCon 2013 will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center. In between those conventions Blizzard will take part in San Diego Comic Con (July 18-21, 2013).

Reporting Bots
A friend forgot to block people from being able to join his games. His Archon Wizard is teleporting around (and when I say teleporting, I mean like D2 teleporting with no cooldown ever) a cave in act 2 killing everything in the cave in under a minute, leaving, and doing it again.
He's obviously using some sort of speed hack / bot on a 250k dps Wizard. I've had a feeling for a while since he's on almost 24/7, but now obviously I know for certain.
So where do I report my friends bots >.>
Thanks for wanting to preserve the integrity of Diablo III! Your best bet is to send whatever information you have directly to our Hacks team at Hacks@Blizzard.com so that they can investigate what's going on with your friend's account. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
Frequent Account Locks
Hi Kadaver, Battle.net is designed to lock an account down if the system does not recognize the location you're logging in from. That being said, I can't offer too many other specific details but I will say that having the free mobile authenticator and SMS Protect set up will help prevent these kinds of locks in the future. If in the meantime, you see that the lock happens again, please reset your password and that should let you back in.
Your account looks to be in good shape, if there's anything else we can do for you please let us know

Only 1 Diablo III Per Account
Is it possible to purchase a second Diablo 3 game, on my existing Battle.net account, and run both instances of the game at the same time ??
Hi Darwin, you'd have to have a separate Battle.net account with a different login name (email) for the secondary Diablo III key. Each Battle.net account can only hold one copy of Diablo III. (Blue Tracker/ Official Forums)
