Nekarat Will Drop Random Keys, Transmog Features Still Being Worked on, Blue Posts

Nekarat Will Drop Random Keys
Nekarat the Keywarden will drop random keys from the next PTR patch on. The suggestion was made by a member on the Official Forums just a few days after Blizzard declared they are very interested in players' ideas on the game. The change was embraced by Wyatt Cheng, who said they're implementing it right away.

Just as someone suggested, Nekarat should have the chances to drop random key (act 1, 2, 3 key) when you beat him. At least people won't feel like gimped or robbed when they are farming at act 4.
Also, Act 4 mob density needed to increase further. Same goes to elite amounts.
Yup - it's a good idea. Andrew just added this! Should be in the next PTR patch.

wait a minute, what if I want the tome, do I now have 1/4 of a chance to get it even at mp10.
It doesn't impact the drop chance of the plans; it's actually a bonus. :)

(The plans can still drop even if you have them, by the way. The game currently doesn't have a way to check if you have the plans or not. That might be something we work on later, but for now it shouldn't affect you either way -- you can still farm for the plans and/or for the random keys.)

Transmog Features Still Being Worked on
One of the more anticipated changes - a transmogrification-like system is still being worked on and Lylirra lets us know the developers haven't forgotten about it despite the fact it wasn't mentioned in the last 'Ask the Devs'.

Travis already noted that we're working on a similar system (that's not just armor dyes):

So, yes! Still very much something we're working on, even though it hasn't been mentioned in the Q&A.

The New Formula for Nephalem valor
Just in case you may have missed it, here's Wyatt's explanation for why Tormented Stingers and Stygian Crawlers (scorpions) had their experience nerfed:
http://www.reddit.co...vements/c97i0sm

Scorpions have had their XP reduced. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. We looked and considered buffing everything else instead, but in light of the multiplayer buffs we were already providing, we didn't want to inflate the game as a whole even further.

Specifically, Scorpions have had their XP reduced by 75%. That probably sounds like a lot at an emotional level, because it's never fun to have a source of XP reduced by that much, but I hope some can agree if you think about it - a mallet lord is worth 1.5x the xp a scorpion is. And that's not just mallet lords, most of the monsters in the game are within a certain reasonable ratio of one another and the scorpions were a very obvious outlier.

Also, just reiterating what others have said, Nephalem Valor stacks are now multiplicative, not additive. The simple calculation is: [ 100%(base) + bonus from MP + helm ruby + ring] * [1 + Up to 0.75 from NV + Up to 0.30 for multiplayer]

To get a better feel, you might want to check out this discussion over on /r/diablo:http://www.reddit.co...multiplicative/

It just felt really strange to us to have a relatively easy monster providing as much as experience as monsters that are notably more challenging. Either way, seems like a pretty reasonable trade-off to me. You should hop on the PTR to test it out! :) (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

No ETA on the Additional PTR Patches
Just wanted to jump in and say "thanks!" for the ongoing discussion regarding Identify All. Hearing from multiple different perspectives and about multiple different experiences with the feature is great.

Keep it up! This is only the first week of the PTR, so right now we're spending a lot of time listening to what players have to say about the new content. We have additional PTR patches planned (no ETA, sorry guys!), so there definitely are opportunities for us to make adjustments based on your feedback. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

Possible Mechanics Q&A
For the next Q&A, how about a Technical/Mechanics Q&A? Where the Devs will answer questions like:

• Do Demon Hunter Turrets benefits from Steady Aim and Cull the Weak? Do pets?
• Do Demon Hunter Turrets and Pets alternate damage accordingly to the weapon used when dual wielding? Do Bola Shot?
• Do Monk Sweeping Wind proc LoH? Or life steal?
• Do Monk Mystic Ally benefit from IAS?
• Add here your class specific doubts.....

I know MANY of this issues have been answered by the community itself through experimenting, but I think it could be a good idea to ask the devs and be CERTAIN about it. And this would be a pretty straightforward for the debs as well, because the answers would be mostly YES or NO, and even so, would be satisfactory for the community.
What do you guys think?

Interesting! Will definitely consider for next round. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
