Max Rank of Each Two-Handed Affix
With patch 1.0.4 we datamined each of the new two-handed affixes that can now show up on two-handed weapons. To help organize the information a bit we have each two-handed affix listing how many ranks it has, along with its max rank's value range. Keep in mind some affixes can both be on an item giving higher stats than a single affix's max range.

Some two-handed affixes for legendaries have their own affix list. Which has a differnt value. So keep in mind these are for your non-legendary weapons.

Min / Max Damage has 14 ranks: [+200 - 400 Minimum Damage] [+267 - 533 Maximum Damage]
Fire Damage has 14 ranks: [+(200 - 400) - (467 - 933) Fire Damage]
Cold Damage has 14 ranks: [+(120 - 239) - (279 - 558) Cold Damage]
Holy Damage has 14 ranks: [+(200 - 400) - (467 - 933) Holy Damage]
Lightning Damage has 14 ranks: [+(200 - 400) - (467 - 933) Lightning Damage]
Poison Damage has 14 ranks: [+(200 - 400) - (467 - 933) Poison Damage]

Diablo III European Launch Events Video
Blizzard has posted a video of the European launch events for the EU on it's YouTube page a few days ago.

"On the evening of May 14, thousands of people gathered in five locations across Europe for the record-breaking release of Diablo III. I sold some of the new two handed affixes on the RMAH already. Since the numbers look really good (comparatively to 1.0.3), they sold well.

i have been getting alot of 2h weps that have realy good affix but low on damage

Elemental damage seems to max out at 725 damage tops and min/max damage at 435. Anyone seen weapons with 900 elemental damage or 500 max damage? Rest of the stats are in game as far as I can tell.

This doesn't make sense:

Min Damage has 14 ranks: [+37 - 46 Minimum Damage]
Max Damage has 14 ranks: [+37 - 46 Maximum Damage]
Min / Max Damage has 14 ranks: [+200 - 400 Minimum Damage] [+267 - 533 Maximum Damage]
Why have a +37-46 Min or Max damage if the Min / Max damage affix is 200-400 267-533?
That's what make so many weapons crappy, you can waste 2 affixes with these deal breakers while one affix would be 10 times better than those two combined in any weapon?

I'm still unsure about the Paragon System...

The AH is now a hell to browse through, everything is overpriced...

So max damage for a 2h weapon:

Perfectly rolled Doom Hammer: 659 - 728
Perfect +Damage (whether physical or elemental): 400 - 533
Perfect %Damage: 50%
Equals:

1588 - 1891 (1566 DPS @ 0.9 APS)
Of course, DPS can be increased further with an attack speed roll, but the weapon damage (which is what we'd be looking at for cooldown-based skills) will stay the same. (For reference, all 2H weapons with these perfect rolls are +/- 10 DPS of the hammer.) Add on to that a possible:

595 main stat + 255 Vit (2 affixes)
200% crit damage
Socket/LoH/LL/more Vit/whatever you like for your 6th attribute.

Paragon system is an ingenous game design that gives players false sense of progress and incentive to keep them playing for a long time so blizzard can be able to farm all that juicy RMAH cuts.

That pool should have " i dont care" or "i didnt fall for it" or "Bullshit game design".
