New Legendary Procs In Action, Puzzle Ring Clarification, 1.0.4 Patch Notes Updated, Ahh, Fresh Meat!

EU Players: Bullsiq is holding a Unidentified Item giveaway! He will be giving away a total of 280 ilvl 63 items! Check out his thread for information and to enter!

New Legendary Procs In Action
Anuiran has bought a good deal of the new 1.0.4 legendaries and has made a video showing off what their effects look like in action.

We have a full list of the procs in our datamined thread. Also note that a few sets have procs as well.

Puzzle Ring Clarification
The Puzzle Ring has a chance to summon a treasure goblin on hit. However players wondered what level the goblin would be. Lylirra posted on the forums giving some information on this item.

The level of the Treasure Goblin summoned by a Puzzle Ring is based on what difficulty the wearer is currently playing through. If you're playing in Normal, you'll summon a lower level goblin; if you're playing in Inferno, you'll summon a higher level goblin.

Normal - lvl 13
Nightmare - lvl 35
Hell - lvl 53
Inferno - lvl 61

The loot the goblin drops will then be based on its level (not the wearer's level or the level requirement on the ring), so what you get really depends on what you're doing at the time. :)

Does it work for followers?
Yup!

Hrmm...does this mean you always get an "act 1" treasure goblin in inferno even if it is summoned in act 3?
Correct.

Ahh, Fresh Meat!
Blizzard has posted an amazing picture of the butcher! On a small side note, the CGHUB link may not be safe for work.
