Patch 1.0.3 Soon
Though it's already confirmed that patch 1.0.3 is this month, it looks like we might see it as early as next week. As always below you can see all the unofficial changes for patch 1.0.3. Also keep in mind there will be a lot of other changes that will be covered in the official patch notes! Look back on the 1.0.3 preview for more information

A new icon has appeared in the files: Item_DemonWings_Black
New Banner Items
With the MoP Collectors Edition feat of strength seen below, you will be unlocking these new items for your banner
New Buff Icons
Three new buff icons were added: Magic Find, XP Boost, and PVP Balance!

The following achievements have been removed (removed from client itself)
Five Fingers of Death - Make 10 enemies Bleed from one Exploding Palm- Bystander - Kill 10 enemies in 3 seconds without attacking or casting any spells.
- Smash and Grab - Loot 5 chests in the Crumbling Vault.
- Minions of the Dark Templar - Kill 15 skeletons while fighting Jondar.
- King of the Hill - Complete the Last Stand of the Ancients event without leaving the top of the hill.
- Elementarachnophobia - Get attacked by all 4 types of elemental spiderlings within 5 seconds.
- Zeal for Heals - Heal a nearby player by picking up a health globe in a cooperative game.
- [FoS] Panda-Monium - Register a copy of the World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Collector's Edition.
- Unlocks three different banner options.
- Cursed Captives - Now only works in single player has been added to its information
- Some skills require specific weapon types.
- OSShortcutsTooltip - Disable the operating system keyboard shortcuts. This option is always enabled in Fullscreen mode. For all other modes this option requires that "Enable access for assistive devices" is checked in the Universal Access preference pane in the System Preferences.
- OSCommandControlTitle - Use Command key as Control key
- OSCommandControlTooltip - Use Command key and Control key interchangeably.
- OSCommandLeftRightTitle - Command left click as right click
- OSCommandLeftRightTooltip - Hold down Command key and left click to simulate a right click.
- RegionSelectionWarning - You will need to log out and log back in for your new region selection to take effect.

Posted Jun 15, 2012I have my barb in Act 2 Inferno right now and I hardly ever use a fury spender. The only ones I would ever use are earthquake and WotB. I use leap (with 300% armor inc.), war cry (armor and resist), revenge, ignore pain, WotB, and frenzy. I swear fury hasn't meant too much to me so far. I'm constantly full.
Edit: Also, is there a confirmation or some sort of source as to the patch is supposedly coming next week?

Also the patch is now up, meaning there is a very good chance it will be next week, instead of the week after. Nothing is set in stone of course.
patches will usually go up on these servers the week or day before it goes live.

Posted Jun 15, 2012Also, remember how long 1.0.2 was on patch server before being released, about 11 days. It did not get released the immediate tuesday/wed following it's appearance but week after, it just sat on servers, done, for almost 2 weeks. I'll be surprised if 1.0.3 is next week. But never know

Posted Jun 15, 2012You know world of Warcraft didn't invent a lot of the things that are in the game right? They just combined a lot of things. Enrage timers are to prevent extreme amounts of cheesing/low damage on boss fights. If you aren't geared enough to kill it within a certain amount of time, then you shouldn't be there.

Posted Jun 15, 2012Why do I continually see negative updates for this game? I keep trying to play, and can barely make it past nightmare with soloing and not using Auction house. And they keep making it more difficult and unattractive, and I am a hardcore diablo fan since the beginning. Stop making a more difficult game, more difficult! It's getting tot he point where it isn't even fun anymore just hours spent between working, the girlfriend, and then trying to progress just a little.
I don't mean to sound negative, but that's all I see coming from you, Blizzard. Stop it.

Posted Jun 15, 2012I made it all the way to act 4 hell within the first few days without using the AH. I eventually had a surplus of money and decided to upgrade me 200 dps weapon into 400 dps. I was only a wd and I didn't even know about bears.
So obviously you aren't playing right or something..

Posted Jun 15, 2012Most spenders for a lot of classes aren't worth it in inferno, that's how min/maxxing works, in d2, they were only worth it mainly because you could just have mana on hit and just use it as a primary spam. In inferno, you use several utility and defensive spells and a primary. Even though this is a problem, they will address it more in the class balance patch.
