Patch 1.0.2b Tomorrow - Official Patch Notes
It looks like Patch 1.0.2b will be going live during maintenance tomorrow, check below for the patch notes and the blue post on the maintenance times if you use Global Play.

General

When logging into Diablo III, the "Cancel" button which appears in the login checkbox will now be grayed out for 30 seconds after a Battle.net account name and password are entered. This is to reduce server load during the login process.

Auction House

Damaged items can now be sold on the auction house

Once sold, damaged items will be repaired automatically when moved from the purchasing player's Completed tab to their stash
Please note that unsold damage items will not be automatically repaired when returned to the seller's stash

Description messages for several auction house-related errors have been added

Mac

Several Mac performance improvements have been made

Bug Fixes

General

It is no longer possible to skip entire Acts in a multiplayer game

Classes

Barbarian

Active Skills

Fixed a bug that was allowing certain barbarian skills to continuously trigger each other's critical strikes, to the point of causing the player to crash. To address this crash, the following skill and skill rune combinations can no longer be triggered by each other's critical strikes:

Battle Rage (Skill Rune – Bloodshed)
Cleave (Skill Rune – Rupture and Skill Rune – Scattering Blast)
Hammer of the Ancients (Skill Rune – Thunder Strike)
Wrath of the Berserker (Skill Rune – Slaughter)

Followers

Monsters who are charmed by the Enchantress’s skill “Mass Confusion” can no longer kill event NPCs

Global Play Maintenance Times

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Diablo III starting tomorrow (6/6) at 5:00 a.m. PDT in order to deploy patch 1.0.2b. We anticipate that maintenance will conclude and that all services will be available at approximately 11:00 a.m. PDT. Patch notes are available below.

Important: Please note that you will not be prompted to download patch 1.0.2b until the patch is live in your home region. If you are logging in from a European or Asian client, you will need to wait for this patch to release in that region before it can be installed. Additionally, if your home region is the Americas, you will be unable to log into Europe or Asia using Global Play after patch 1.0.2b is live until those regions have also patched.

For reference, here are the scheduled maintenance times for each region:

The Americas: 5:00 a.m. PDT to 11:00 a.m. PDT
Asia: 8:00 p.m. PDT to 2:00 a.m. PDT
Europe: 1:00 p.m. PDT to 7:00 p.m. PDT

since in inferno it isn't really cheep to repair items, could you put the item in the AH, for 1 gold, and let the friend of yours buy it as soon as possible, and then he can return it to you, repaired for 1 gold?

It is only like 4k for a full repair, does not seem worth the potential to have someone else steal your item

I wounder if this will fix the commodity auctions that have been 'temporarily' disabled for a while now.

Nice to hear that the AH changes are making it into this patch. Getting the mysterious "full durability shown, but needs repairing" bug when trying to auction said item is annoying. Less gold loss is also good.

How about a patch that:

Fixes the attack speed bug on legendary/set items
Nerfs Tyrael so he doesn't farm for people in Act 3/4
Fixes the Act 4 Inferno glitch
Nerfs Inferno chest drops so they are useless without first obtaining 3-5 Neph stacks (like bosses)
Expands the amount of stats you can search for on an item in the Auction House (4 stats at least)
Allow you to search for specific stats on legendary items in the Auction House
Remove certain search values from items in the AH that can't spawn that stat (like boots w/ socket)
Makes it so mobs don't literally follow you the entire time while you are invisible in Smoke Screen, thus defeating the purpose
Many other things that matter instead of trash patches like this one

For reference, here are the scheduled maintenance times for each region:

The Americas: 5:00 a.m. PDT to 11:00 a.m. PDT
Asia: 8:00 p.m. PDT to 2:00 a.m. PDT
Europe: 1:00 p.m. PDT to 7:00 p.m. PDT

Us Australians still get jipped by the maintenance schedule, so they schedule Asian servers at around the same time to make us feel less annoyed?

We can read between the lines, Blizzard only did that so we don't feel isolated with the times for maintenance times.

I bet people playing on the Asian servers hate that time too, 8:00 p.m. is PEAK time for any time zone.

Maybe, JUST maybe an Australian company should make a decent video game then everything can be on your guys' timeframe!

why the hell are they nerfing rushing, isn't this diablo? what a joke, all these things they're nerfing is what makes diablo fun, QUICK instant randomness with a chance of awesomeness, not long slow grindfests with nerfed drops added every week wtf are they doing...

+ Makes it so that you can actually enter four fucking digits into the Auction house boxes so you can actually search for move speed %, life on kill, and other stats correctly.

When did patch day become Wednesday (American)? Or is this just because of some holiday or something? I'm very used to patch days being on Tuesday.

I have Mr. Bojanglers that require attention please... I hope they are leaving some things out in those patch notes like fixing the 'Increased Attack Speed' dilemma and getting commodities up and running. That'd make my day.
