Ugh I wish they wouldn't force a specific personality on your character. At the very least only give them one that actually befits a HERO. I have to be a self-serving pretentious brat in order to play a Wizard? Thanks Blizzard.

Archon seems really disappointing as it doesn't really seem to bring anything new to the table as far as skills.

Barb had the best class video imo. I started wanting a Wizard ever since D3 was announced but from skill video reveals to current damage numbers and now this underwhelming video and unfortunate revelation of the fact that she doesn't seem to be improving her attitude later on in the game...Wizard is now at the bottom of the list.

That being said, the video was neat. I have a feeling the Wizard is going to be the most overpowered class when it comes to clearing trash, but underpowered killing single foes. Hard to tell without seeing all the runes, but the animation for hydra looked kind of lame.

What about male wizzard i think he is not so bitchy like female version imo , but maybe im wrong not played him too much . By the way it would be nice if someone with good skills could do list of each HERO representing theyr Character : like wizard - cocky teenager , Barb - brutal unforgiving personality and so on .

In terms of best class video, Witch Doctor > Barbarian > Demon Hunter // Monk > Wizard -- IMO

Why are people surprise about the Wizard's background? The female Wizard being a reckless rebel is probably the first thing we learn of her. Hell, it's in the overview in the official site.

In D2 I was not a sorceress fan but in beta it's very fun to play with a wizard.
I'll start with a WD yet I'm curious to see which will be my D3 preferred one once I played them all.

I really like that one, but the Barb did make you wan't to play it the most.

is it just me or is every video besides the barbs video not exciting? i dont know what that worm was but i havent seen it or anything as amazing like it in any other video and its downed my sprit about the other classes a bit

Reaffirms my decision of WD. That video was not very exciting at all. In fact... I think Barb just passed the wizard for my 2nd character!

The wizard's backstory makes her the most interesting. Here's something to think about - If you're reacting so strongly to the backstory, it means it was written well.

The barbarian wants to avenge mt. arreat and bring order from chaos
The monk is just being all Cain from Kung Fu and walking the earth (like a bum, Jules)
The demon hunter just wants to kill things that hurt her has a child
The witch doctor is killing to get money for his Parkinson's research

The wizard is all "I will kill them all because fuck yeah."
