Along with an updated ToU (See below) Blizzard has posted a few articles dealing with the battle.net balance bringing us another step closer to being ready for Diablo 3. One is dealing with syncing PayPal with Battle.net and another on how to add funds to your battle.net account. It seems the support article for adding funds was removed, however with some googlefoo you can view it. Click the image below to read about PayPal syncing.
Battle.net Terms of Use Updated
If you happen to login to your Battle.net account on Battle.net, you will be greeted with this screen. On it, is the updated ToU that includes new information about the upcoming Battle.net Balance that we first saw not so long ago. Some information in it is still not fully up, such as E-Balance purchasing. Hopefully we will get an announcement on this very soon. (click the image below to view the full ToU on the EU site)

Diablofans Site Update
Battle.net is not the only site adding content. We have a small update of our own on the front page that now lets you view wiki updates and twitter posts along with a updated blue quotes, that allow you to click directly to the blue post, or to the blue tracker.
Curse Weekly Roundup
Pico gives us updates on Blizzcon, Diablo 3, Minecraft, and Soul Calibur 5.

Posted Jan 31, 2012I like the new system better though. I like the idea of a weapon being good for a certain class but bad for another. I like that people can work on increasing the damage of their character while simultaneously increasing the class's core defensive attributes (they still need to tweak intelligence though, the health globes idea doesn't seem to be just there yet).

Posted Feb 1, 2012I'm a software developer and we ever try to fix the big bugs first and then in a week we wipe out the lesser critical bugs so we can say the product is finished with 0 bugs. If they didn't expect to release the game shortly, they wouldn't give so much attention to this minor details such as ToU.
I think that when they announce the rune system the release announcement will be nigh, since the Beta can't test it anyway.

Posted Feb 1, 2012I think you can go so far as to say the rune system won't be implemented into the beta at all. I remember when beta first dropped they said no runes, simply because they dont even start dropping until either late act 1 or act 2, and beta will not go beyond the SK. Though we may get clarification on how runes / skills are being updated, that could happen before, after, or even both before and after giving a release date.
