Real life names and Battle Tags
To be clear - BattleTag does not display your real name to anyone. It's an anonymous nickname system. The entire point of BattleTag is to be a unified, anonymous nickname you'll use across all Blizzard games.

The Real ID system, of course, does display your real first and last name. But you have to choose to be mutual Real ID friends with someone, and only then will you both see each other's real first and last names.

Real ID and BattleTag are separate systems, and they don't intersect. The intent with BattleTag is specifically to offer all the great features we've been able to offer with Real ID (cross game chat, etc.) but with an anonymous nickname.

The game displaying your own real first and last name to you, I understand, is a concern for some, and we appreciate that feedback. It is not, however, displayed to anyone else, or part of the BattleTag system. The only way someone else can see your real name is if you've both mutually agreed to become Real ID friends.

The current implementation of BattleTags in the Diablo III beta is of course a first go, and we've already read a lot of feedback and are aware of a number of issues. Keep it coming, though (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

Should Blizzard add tangible Co-Op incentive
Faster killing speed means more drops, more drops means more power or money. Since the goal of the game essentially boils down to either power or wealth, or both, the advantage (in our opinion) is pretty clear and doesn't need any additional incentive.

Legacy games and official forum posting
The intent was to only allow people with Diablo III beta access to post here, but we figured that might be kind of boring and we'd like for StarCraft II and World of Warcraft players to have somewhere to get excited about the game. Now we just have beta-license specific forums for feedback and bug reports, and it works out pretty well I think.

At some point in the future we hope to be able to include 'legacy' licenses in their access to more modern forums, but there's a lot of design work and considerations around how that could work out, if at all.

We want a layer of accountability on our newer sites and forums to try to keep the amount of moderation needed to a minimum. That's partially afforded by ensuring someone's account means something to them, such a owning a copy of StarCraft II, or having an active subscription to World of Warcraft.

Because of these attachments to your account, if you were to break the rules here and be banned, it would be an investment (a new copy of a game) before you could come back and post. Our intent isn't to get you to break the rules and have to buy more copies of our games, it's to dissuade you from breaking the rules at all. Without going too much into it, the CD-Keys of our legacy titles are insecure. We simply can't rely on them to dissuade someone from breaking the rules as they can unfortunately no longer be known if they were an investment at all. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

We don't have a release date.
We have. We don't have a release date. We're shooting for early 2012. That's it. People coming to our forums and accusing us of lying has nothing to do with anything, and frankly it's within my purview to inform people of exactly where they stand. If someone believes they know what they're talking about, and they don't, it's my position to inform them of that and attempt to provide some information if not education. Without being intentionally condescending or mean, of course (I don't feel I was). Most of the time I just like chatting about stuff, but if me disagreeing with someone or correcting their statements is offensive, I can only recommend steering clear of my replies because it's absolutely my intent to dispel misconceptions and squash rumors when warranted (and able).

Is the delay because of the RMAH in Korea?
I don't know what translation you're reading but no where has it been stated the release of the game on a whole is delayed because of a GRB rating. Might it delay the game in Korea? I suppose no one knows, but we still have some time since the game is not finished. We're playing internal builds, the entire game, we'd know if it was. I'd know. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

There is no setup of motives for the characters in game
Each character you make will begin the game with a cinematic explaining exactly those things (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

The Pinging for Regenerated Health
We're probably going to just hide passive health regen numbers. It may be worked into an option but we don't necessarily think it's interesting or useful to know that your passive health regen is passively regenning your health... Should be self explanatory (Blue Tracker / Official Forums).

Secondary attack crits?
Well, from my own experience so far in the game, secondary hits that occur from either procs (Demon Hunter's Hungering Arrow), or attacks that go through targets in a line (Monk's Deadly Reach and Demon Hunter's Elemental Arrow) can crit after the initial hit. So you could have a nice chain of crits from attacks like those

As a demon hunter, can you use Impale even though u use a melee weapon?
Why yes, yes you can, I like to think of it as you lobbing the weapon at them when you are using melee weapons :P(Official Forums)

Crits and AoE Skills
Just as VeNoM stated, you can crit multiple times with AoE spells. However there may be exceptional cases for this against certain creatures.( Official Forums)

Assinging mouse buttons for the hotbar skills
You can already do that in the Beta, if you go into the options and in the top row of tabs click the "Key Bindings" tab you can change the "Hotbar Skill" bindings to what you will.
You can always give feedback in a very detailed manner about what you want to be able to key bind in a thread about this topic or feel free to start your own if there is not one already ( Official Forums)
