The first pumpkin was done by Bryan Mitchell and depicts the female 
Wizard as seen from this concept art. A wicked picture on its own, Bryan did an amazing job of catching the detail of the arcane wielder.
The second pumpkin is of the newly revealed Azmodan done by Benjamin Flores . We originally got a sneak peak of this demon when Blizzard teased us with a few screen shots. However, it was not until they revealed the new "The Black Soulstone" cinematic at this year's Blizzcon that we knew that this monstrous demon was in fact Azmodan. The shading and depths used to get the pure evil of this character is amazing.
The last pumpkin was an honorable mention of the classic Diablo look. A truly evil looking pumpkin, the artist did a great job of embodying the Lord of Terror on a pumpkin.
I hope everyone had a great and scary Halloween and don't eat too much candy.

Anyways, I was impressed with the Azmodan one. I'm sure some of the entries were planned a few months ahead, but this guy only had a week to do planning as well as carving.
