Blizzard has just released their nineteenth, and final, batch of art for hitting the 1 million 'Like' mark. Congratulations everyone, we finally made it! This marks a little over 450k 'Likes' in a little less than 3 months. To mark this feat, we have five hi-res wallpapers by Josh Tallman, one for each class.

Not that I was expecting anything different, but something inside me tells me Blizzard should have seen this big fail coming.
I'd rather have them release some in-game screenshots rather than have this disappointing set of rebranded concept art, that we've already seen before.

I have learned to never expect anything for free and especially from Blizzard, however, when we are encouraged to get a 'milestone' of 1 million and get re-dos its kind of a kick in the sack. There needs to be some epic news at E3 rather than the beta date, possibly some final reveals and an announced quarterly release date. And possibly mail me a beta key, that would be cool tyvm
I guess this is joke or fake, because they are old artworks with a bar below Diablo3 and a water mark of the 2011 blizzard somewhat prepared or made worse in a hurry.

Rehashing these old concept arts and throwing a logo on them... is really pathetic. I know now to never be excited for any Blizzard Facebook campaigns. Fail.
Screw wisdom, this was a giant bait-and-switch. I mean, wallpapers, fine. But the exact same ones we've had available for freakin' months, in some cases years? Who thought that was a good idea?
You don't have a fucking 5 month buildup for a few rehashed images that probably took one guy ten minutes in Photoshop.
Seriously, if they'd switched this one with any of the other milestones it would have been better...
To think some of us (yes, including myself) were hoping for new gameplay footage and/or beta screens... Don't get me wrong, it's great artwork but as others have said, it's nothing new.
I also feel that Blizzard offered some great pieces along the way as they used FB as a cheap marketing tool, but this milestone update is certainly a letdown. This is especially so considering that D3 is their first and only unreleased game to do it - that's gotta count for something right?
Oh well...I can't say I wasn't thrilled with the recent runestone update at least, things like that keep the morale up. Still, even some crappy quality, random over-the-shoulder footage of the internal beta would've sated my hunger quite nicely.
