Note the Diablo III gameplay segment right after the opening ceremony: hopefully this will be where we'll see all the latest for this year's event. Also note the kick ass image of the Monk with a pretty sick staff at the right. The second day will feature a Diablo III Q & A segment and what I'm guessing is a party for lore-crazed fans: Diablo III: Crafting Sanctuary.
As for the break down on just what will be covered in each of these panels:

UPDATE:
For those of you worried about the limited Diablo time, here is what Bahiok had to say.
Official Blizzard Quote:
It's the same number as last year. Two 'info' panels and one open Q&A.
I really don't see how this could be interpreted as any indication of... anything, at all. We have specific things to talk about. It's a weird stretch to come to a conclusion that we must not be able to talk about anything meaningful unless there are 3+ hours of stage time dedicated to talking about the game.
So anyway, yes, there are two panels - - and in-between those panels and for 14 hours a day, both days the developers are in back-to-back interviews with news and press outlets. There will be plenty of info streaming out about the game all over the place even if you don't think that two panels is enough to do so.

anyway i may be getting ahead of myself but i recall both Bashiok and Jay Wilson saying it's going to be "the Blizzcon for Diablo". So since its just those 3 hours, i'm kinda wondering what they could say there that could make us so excited to actually achieve that.
Only a release date (not too likely) or a beta announcement (still pushing it but... you know) would do that.
We got geez...um..it was so great I can't even remember it all off the top of the head.
I know we got a Jim Raynor Noobz doll which is cool, and hand sanitizer that's all I remember really. Oh the typical WoW pet and yea that was it that I can recall.
No beta key, they even at the main opening talked about the goody bag and everyone was screaming out for beta keys and they just kinda switched subject haha.
I know the year before they got SC2 beta keys so I was expecting last year hopefully a D3 beta key but nope I got hand sanitizer.
I did get the SC2 Poker set and got it and the Noobz doll signed by the SC2 team and some of the D3 team so that was cool. I told the D3 team that the barb was really overpowered in the demo and he said he heard that for about every class, which I feel is BS, cause the Wizard and WD were definitely lacking compared to the Monk and Barb. I found a rare polearm on the barb and was 1 shotting everything in the demo like you were a level 30 in the Cold Plains in normal.
PS: Here is what we got:
* Grunty, the Murloc Space Marine (Don't play WoW so useless)
* Raynor n00b Figure (Pretty cool)
* BlizzCon 2009 Battle.net Authenticator (Pretty cool)
* World of Warcraft Magazine promotional booklet (Useless)
* BlizzCon 2009 Instant Hand Sanitizer (2.0 fl. oz.) (FANTASTIC)
* BlizzCon 2009 Souvenir Program Ticket (Redeem After Opening Ceremony)(Typical)
* Brady Games Bookmark/Quest Catch Me If You Can (Useless)
o Find Brady Mercantile, use map to find five (5) treasures, and return to Brady.
* BlizzCon Schedule/Map Foldout (Typical)
* Promos for Nvidia, Intel, Laguna Art Museum, Zipzoomfly, SteelSeries, Razer, Jinx and 3point. (Typical)
Havent been here in awhile.
Anyway, i think this blizzcon we'll definitely get wind of a Beta release date. If anything. No solid release news.
Also, If we see a D3 Cinematic at this Blizzcon then my theory is correct...
I'm wondering: have they already published a floor plan like they did last years?
2 hours of D3 and a Q/A Where they will probably be deflecting questions instead of answering?
Dear god...
Now, I did take out some stuff like blizzard dance, sing, and sounds, as well as the events of tournaments.
Diablo - 3 hours of info
starcraft - 6 hours of info
WoW/Warcraft related - 7 hours of info
....Ick! :yucky:
now, this is probably going to be the biggest of news for diablo 3 that anyone outside of blizzard has seen or heard of. Though, it just kinda seems like diablo is left out of everything from his fellow competition.
Another side note on this...
One of the events say diablo III: CRAFTING!!! Sanctuary
One of their big releases will probably be something on the crafting items for diablo.
Im hoping for the building of the world though.

Lets put this in perspective now, we were told that there wouldn't be an act 3 shown at this year's blizzcon. This gives us little choice, it's either act 1-2 or 4. There will also be a jungle showcased so it's either a transition from act 1 to act 2 or from act 2 to act 3. My guess is that this will be show during the "Creation of Sanctuary" panel.
So what's left for the gameplay panel? Well perhaps a new crafting system but I doubt it as we have seen a lot of stuff regarding that matter. We haven't seen the rune system for a long time so I guess it will make an appearance during the gameplay panel. Also, it is my honest opinion that they will show the last class during the gameplay panel. We will then have the opportunity to see all the different systems for every class, the rune system that puts a nice twist and maybe the final mana systems. This should, take up 2 hours.
well, i feel kinda dumb.
it was hand sanitizer, not lube it was about the time the swine flu was around and people got panicky.
I knew I was off somewhere today.. 10 hour difference, shucks! 9 is even better
Too bad we aren't getting any info on that new mmo they're developing. (Seeing everything on the schedule is named after their current games)

Thanks!
Especially the part about the interviews with the developers between the panels sounds excellent. Also the fact that they have specific things to talk about is important! I can't wait!
Starcraft II a game that has already been released is getting DOUBLE the time that Diablo III is getting.
I realize that Bashiok said this is the same amount of time that Diablo III got in previous blizzcon's, but doesn't this seem a little well....stupid?
Guess you can see where Blizzard's priorities are, WOW, and SC2.
