Here are the quick summaries of each contest straight from the source:
So who here is going to be entering the Diablo contest? That'd be pretty damned cool to have an item you named in a game that will be played by millions. Better yet, who here plans on entering all three contests?

Yay! One more reason I like living here.
The white box on the upper left is just the zoomed out text. Bt what are those flying things? They could just be buzzards, but maybe they are something so cool we don't even know about it. Either way it's sick.
Chances are that this was because of legal reasons. For something so simple, Blizzard would include everyone if it was easy for them to do so.
I'm sure this is why. The laws in Quebec must be different than the rest of Canada.
So pissed off of being out of contest like that
Prizes are freaking sweet.
I'd say fight to the death with styrofoam baseball bats!
I guess that's one positive way of looking at it.
How about ...
the sword of a thousand troops
HamsterSeth Mace
Fronzen Dragozaurus
Endungu Vilainy
Tamriel's Agony
King Kybaliom Kremlin (also know as the triple K or the KKK )
It really has nothing to do with Blizzard, but rather the government of Quebec.
