Visit the Official Diablo 3 Media page on Blizzard's site to download the 35mb fansite kit."The assets in our official Diablo III Fansite Kit are a potential bonanza for those who wish to build their own Diablo III related fansites. This downloadable package contains the following content, including some exclusive assets:
- Art assets including concept art, hi-res logos, and wallpapers
- Site design elements including borders, backgrounds, fonts, and stylesheets
- Exclusive content: Forum avatars / Messenger images
- Diablo III fact sheet and FAQ
- Site building tips"
But the kit is really bad-ass...
Actually doesn't every major company release one of these for there games anymore?
I assume there is something special in the kit?... If not then why is it news, as it should simply be expected from a large company like Blizzard....
Anyway the kit has a lot of cool stuff, didn't spot anything new so far but it's pretty neat.
Now I'm Definitely making the site
so much cool stuff in the package :0
I'm not sure about this screenshot though, it may be old I just don't recognise it.
And this small image is an avatar of someone or something I don't recognise either. Seems to just be generic undead.
The rest is definitely new though, right?
And am I alone to think that the Goatman now have a badass stance? In D1 and 2, they were like standing on the legs and we felt like they were walking for the first time of their lives, now, they feel so much agiile and strong, love it.
A lot of that looks new, especially that pit flayer thing, and always glad to see more Triune information!
And good to know I don't have to feel shame, lol. The Triune are definitely gonna be a major part of DIII.
The one looks like a true wizard, and the other one looks pretty rogue-ish!
what kind of customizations are these? only the gender?
Not another attribute whiner..
Jesus where do they keep coming from?
I guess I just kind of expected a site kit like WoW or SC2 or any other major game on the market today...
This does mean one thing though, they are closer yet to releasing it if they are at the stage where they release the fansite kit.
The pack contains high-resolution concept art pieces that can't be found anywhere else, also completely new concept pieces that weren't even seen in the trailer. It qualifies as 'news' as any other site update so far. Though no one has mentioned that the Tristram page was also updated.
So it's not really the fansite kit that any big name company is pretty much expected to put out anymore, but the pictures that are the big news thing. So then why did something that every company does get the title and the new pictures comment not get it's own thread but instead get a mention in another thread?
Either way:
Yay! New Pictures!
Yay! A fansite kit that every big name company puts out!
