During our "Diablo 3 Class Design Panel" live blogging coverage, we received a lot of requests for video footage. I've just quickly edited a few lil' videos together for your viewing pleasure.

Love the runes system and the new "slowmotion buble" skill for the mage, looks very awesome and probably very overpowered

Some frogs have poison in their skin ... you drop toads in your enemy (mouth) and they lick them and die!

Whoa! The rune system sounds great, i understand now why blizzard put respec in d3. With so many options of skill customization you will never know when you will find a better rune for a better spell.

One thing that i noticed, the damage of the skills is greatly reduced in d3, its weird to see so many "weak" spells LOL:

Charged Bolt

Rank 0/1
Launch a volley of 3 electric bolts that deal 1-8 lightning damage each. Critical hits from lightning damage stun targets for 2 seconds.
Electrocute

Rank 0/1
Mana Cost: 8
Lightning arcs from the Wizard's fingertips towards enemies, electrocuting them for 4-5 damage. Electrocute affects up to 2 targets. Critical hits from lightning damages stun targets for 2 seconds.
Blizzard

Rank 0/1
Mana Cost: 70
Call down shards of ice to pelt an area dealing 6-10 cold damage per second for 3 seconds. Critical hits from cold damage freeze targets.
What about the barbarian skills?? I coudnt find it =/

The skill runes sound AMAZING. More customization in spells, this is going to be fun.

The damage probably scales with level I'd assume.

Locuts, toads and bats, all part of the jungle man aesthetic

Poor bats... being summoned just to be burned alive and so their burning corpse can land on top of an enemy

There is a talent modifier in some of the other trees that says "30% extra damage for all Storm spells" or something. And another modifier that adds %dmg to ALL spells. But even so, I do feel the damage the spells do seem to be on the low side.
