Our friends at SteelSeries, Jinx, Upper Deck, and BradyGames have just launched the Win a Trip to BlizzCon Sweepstakes. The grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to Anaheim, California, along with two free tickets to attend BlizzCon 2008. For more information or to enter the contest, visit www.blizzconsweepstakes.com.
There's a possibility DiabloFans will be giving away BlizzCon tickets too. Stay alert to the DiabloFans News section.
What kind of racism is that? I can't enter in this contest because I am from Quebec? The distance is not even the issue here. It's just because we are french? WTF is up with that? Its clearly racism here. We aren't any farther than Ontario or any other province. What could possibly put Quebec out of the contest else than for its language?!
what are you complaining about there is alot of contests that New Hampshire can't do and they are in the USA just like the contest. it depends on how the government of that area is run.
Indeed, it has to do with charity and contest laws in the province of Quebec. When planning national contests, companies are confronted with a unique set of rules and regulations in order to include Quebec. The Regie des Loteries et Courses du Quebec requires long preparation times and fees for approval. As a result a great number of national contests promoted by national brands exclude the province of Quebec.
That's a nice prize because not everyone can afford flights, hotels, and other accomodations.
Well, I have a vehicle in decent condition. It would be far from the first time I made a drive like Texas to California and back. Accomodations? Campgrounds and NRAs are fine with me, or even roadside parks where I could sleep in the camper of my truck, or in the cab if need be. Just so long as I can shower up (truck stops have showers) and make it to the convention. All I could really want for is the tickets. Whoever came with me would certainly have to be ameanable to my simplistic ways.
But this is a really sweet deal for the winner, and I did enter. I'm no fool! Good luck to all the entries!
