The winning entries will are not based on the quality of a post, but rather the post number itself. We understand that not everybody is a great writer and we wanted to keep the contest fair and balanced by giving away the prizes in a lottery style drawing using a randomizer.
With that being said, let's get on with the list of all 20 lucky winners!

That is correct. The entire contest thread link was sent to Bashiok, who will review the posts and forward them on to the Diablo 3 team. It's not just the 20 winners who are having their entries forwarded.
It just seems somewhat silly that I could have posted "d3 is poopy" and been given a WWI card when somebody else spent an hour explaining their ideas for the game yet walk away empty-handed.
And while it's true you never stated you would select the winners based on the quality of their suggestions, you deliberately made the original post ambiguous.
Anyway grats to the winners I guess and I hope our ideas get read~
and to you sour grapes... /roll eyes

It doesnt take good literacy to make a basic suggestion.
If you want to attract and keep intelligent conversation and real Diablo fans reading your site, maybe you should reward them and not the person who got here from the Blizzard website. As far as Im concerned, Ill be getting my D3 news and conversations elsewhere.
I'm among the few that actually did spend 2 hours ( or more) to make a good post and won, so I feel i kind off deserve it.
For all the others that made good constructive comments and didn't win...I understand how crappy you feel. The only partial consolation is that your constructive criticism was forwarded to blizzard and will help the game development.
Absolutely. In my opinion the contest winners shouldn't have been random.
