G4TV released a video in honor of the Diablo III announcement, X-Play takes a look back at the history of Blizzard's popular dungeon-crawler franchise. The video starts by giving fans a tour through the Diablo 1 and Diablo II gameplay that redefined dungeon crawlers for a generation of PC gamers. G4TV X-Play mentioned DiabloFans when we had the Diablo 3 Countdown back on May 1 at the very end of their video, and even mentioned Mockery and the new home to the former diablo3.com community. This time around we return the goodwill shouts to X-Play.
I think I heard them say Diablo III looks boring. They probably had just woke up and needed some coffee or need glasses -- cuz I was there in Paris when they announced it and the crowd were SCREAMING in ecstasis when they played the video gameplay.

I didn't hear a single BOO!
Relax, he just said that the waiting game was boring.:P
I understand some people wanted a 2D-isometic Diablo 3, but let's be honest. The 3D technology and advanced video card are there for the taking. Games need to evolve along with technology.
I would like a Diablo 3 in 2D-isometric, of course, but we can't live in the past and blame a company such as Blizzard for their decision. Diablo III is using flipping Physix engine. You can't tell me it is not awesome to smash the walls and bookshelves and set mobs and things flying in all directions when smashing a mob's skull into oblivion.
It's nice to hear them talk about it, maybe they'll talk more about it at E3.
But it's a shame Attack of The Show didn't talk about it, at least I think.
Thanks for the link but did the person talking say Baal as Ball lol isnt it pronunced "bell" and the graphics are revolutionary for the game and should stay the way they got it
Has anyone else noticed that they only showed gameplay footage from Act 1 and only walked instead of running? Looks like they have never even played the game... WHO PLAYS WITHOUT RUNNING!? Couldn't they have at least found someone with a nice character on their own account to demonstrate some high-level character in action.

Maybe they were out of stamina and didn't realize they could press 'R'.

Needs to be changed from black back to white or that dusty yellow color.
But let's edit the text color, lol... I have to highlight to see what you wrote.
For the record, it is pronounced "Bail" like a bail of hay. Rewatch the DII:LOD cinematic.
Other than that, good video, I enjoyed it.
