We can only assume the 6th image will be shown at WWI.

What has changed?

- Smiley face rune!

- All the other runes are now lit up.
... hopefully to unleash Diablo!

the new symbol looks like a winking smiley face to me.

And is it just me or now that the symbol next to the hel rune is glowing, doesn't it look like a cartoon bomb? Not that means anything

It looks like a tall wall/gate of some sort.

And so everyone knows. THE FIGURE IS *NOT* THE LICH KING. THE SEGMENTS ON THE EYEBROWS DO *NOT* MATCH.

5 glowing runes = 5 glowing seals. Also, yeah, looks like a horn to me, but the rest of the face doesn't look like Diablo. Looks like a Protoss to me. Confusing!
