Blizzard Posts Teaser Timeline!
From the color scheme and style of the design, it looks very Starcrafty to me. Aside from the fact that Starcraft is the only game on there without a sequel, those vertical blue scanlines just scream of sci-fi. What do you guys think? Are they just trying to throw us Diablo 3 hopefuls off or is this further confirmation that another Starcraft is coming up next? Or will the long-rumored Tacocraft finally be unveiled?
Also, with the countdown to the Blizzard game announcement on, we would like to remind all our guests to register on the message boards and join the other 12,000+ Diablo3.com members in the countdown. This will also ensure that you are notified via email once the big announcement is made.

lmao is that what i just said?
plus anyone know why blizzard, an american publisher, has WWI in Korea?
other than SC?
Sorry, must not have read that or read it subconsciously.
greek mythology, actually.
anyway, that quote was referring to Kerrigan, i think.
Because they are spying for the CIA.
From the schedule that was supposedly posted by blizzard, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm GMT +9 (Korea), 4pm also happens to be 3:00 am EST, the time they updated the timeline for the past week. So we may know by 3 AM EST tonight...
hell its may 19th, 9:15am (at the time i typed this) here.
If by SC2 you mean Starcraft Ghost, yeah, that will be kewl.
how can SC: Ghost be SCII, they arent even the same genre, they arent even on the same machine. SC II would be on PC, SC: Ghost is on console.
They will never release Starcraft: Ghost, it was just a marketing ploy.
Judging by everything I have seen and read, I believe that we can safely say that Starcraft II will be announced. However, I think the real question is, will they stop there? Or will Diablo 3 also be announced.
"Only you can prevent forest fires" - May Fools!
Who said anything about them being one and the same? They said they were releasing a new title. They have not said what it was for (PC, Console).
All am saying is, that my opinion is, that it will be Starcraft Ghost. Followed by a release announcement for Diablo 3, in june.
Project Medusa, could be have been code name for Ghost since the project has so many haults. (Meaning turned to stone.)
SC II, as in the sequel to SC, is long overdue. almost ten years without a new SC game for PC.
but if you follow the timeline of Blizzard games, it would suggest Diablo II is next.
so i dont really know.
but if it is DIII, why announce it in Korea, the home of Starcraft and compeditive online play.
with it being announced in Korea i have a feeling it will be SC related. but i really want DIII, that is why i am here.
as for a double announcement, i.e both a new SC game nad a new Diablo game, would they do it? it would be somewhat of a surprise, but would they really do it? the games are vastly different, one is RTS, the other RPG or action adventure or Hack and Slash if you would prefer, point is they are different genres.
but fans of Blizzard games are fans of more than one franchise, i myself play all their franchises, save for WOW.
but would DIII as a game like LOD before it, a free to play online, Single Player game with Mutli Player components really be that much of a competition for a MMORPG like WOW? they are targeted at different markets with a bit of cross over.
idk guess im rambling.
SCII or DIII, im quite happen either way, so long as the announcement isnt WC related, but i want DIII more than SCII.
The drums of war thunder once again.
Not too important... I just don't play WOW(GW is soo much better) So I don't know where it came from...
It was a quote from originally Warcraft II. Drums of war is just exactly what it says, Drums of War. A drum in war time was something loud enough the entire army could hear it, and march with the drum to stay in stride going into battle. They could also use it to count for how long each fight was on the front line. Roman Legionaires would only fight up to 1 minute on the front line before falling to the back line of the battalion.
Or maybe it's from the World of Warcraft Intro CGI, which it is.
