Public Test Realm Patch 1.0.5 Notes Update
Blizzard just posted a few updates to their 1.0.5 patch notes. You can see all the changes below.

General
Followers, pets, and summoned creatures will no longer attack enemies that are in an idle state unless the player is within 10 yards of the enemy (note: Hydra heads and Sentry turrets are not affected by this change)

Auction House
An option to display Auction House events (sales, expirations, etc) has been added to the Social menu

Demon Hunter
  • Active Skills
    • Sentry
      • Cost changed from 10 Discipline to 30 Hatred
      • Increased from weapon damage from 55% to 88% 175%
      • Players can now have two turrets active at once, but an 8-second cooldown has been added to compensate
      • Sentry can no longer critically hit
      • Skill Rune – Spitfire Turret
        • Weapon damage increased from 8% to 15% 30%
Witch Doctor
  • Active Skills
    • Firebats
      • Reduced Mana cost by 20% (from 122 to 98 per period at level 60)
    • Haunt
      • Weapon damage increased from 575% over 12 seconds to 575% over 6 seconds
      • Skill Rune - Resentful Spirit
        • Weapon damage increased from 287% to 383% over 2 seconds
    • Spirit Barrage
Wizard
  • Active Skills
    • Archon: Slow Time
      • Slow increased from 30% to 60%
    • Blizzard
      • Arcane Power cost reduced from 45 to 40 (Snowbound cost will remain the same at 20 Arcane Power)
    • Disintegrate
      • Arcane Power cost reduced from 20 to 18 per period
      • Weapon damage increased from 155% to 170%
      • Skill Rune - Chaos Nexus
        • Weapon damage increased from 40% to 44%
      • Skill Rune - Entropy
        • Weapon damage increased from 178% to 196%
      • Skill Rune - Intesify
        • Weapon damage increased from 202% to 221%
Items
  • Affixes on items will now roll their level based on the level of the monster killed (rather than the item's level) This now applies to random affixes on Legendary items
  • "Extra Health From Globes" now benefits potions
Monsters
  • Treasure Goblins will now play a sound whenever they become aware of a player
User Interface
  • You can now change the icon for each tab in the shared stash
  • The intent of this feature is to allow players the option to visually customize their stash tabs to better reflect its contents




PTR Maintenance for 1.0.5 Update

New Stash Tab Graphics
The new stash graphics mentioned in the PTR notes were already datamined by our team of wonder-people. You can see the original post they were added in, including many more datamined info here.

I guess it means getting a legendary at a3 (or anywhere mlvl 1 or higher) can get you bigger numbers (in terms of quantitity of, for exemple, intelligence) when rolling a legend item

This has been covered in several blue posts, now the random affixes that are on legendary items are also changed the same way, making them stronger

Can anybody decipher the bit about health globes and poison?

Edit: Oh, it must mean potions.

It says nothing behind spirit barrage... should it mention that the 3 extra spirits on the rune has 40 yard reach instead of 25?

Yup, it is supposed to be potions. Lylirra confirmed on Twitter (but I cannot post URLs).

It means "Random Properties" not the "FIXED rolls" will have a chance to roll higher.

Haunt is interesting now, esp that 2 second rune. Let's you ignore LOS, or even targeting bad guys. Better DPS on the move too.

finally turrets cost hatred. Never made any sense why it cost discipline. Might be using that now, seeing how i wont be forced to have all the survival skills on my bar anymore

I used to like turret the way it is, I'll give it a try once the patch comes live (I'm not in PTR right now)

Good news about pets, summons, etc behaviour.

Also Haunt gets a nice boost.

We will end up needing an "audio effects wiki" to learn them all! :lol:
But it's good news, too.

The legendary affix change isnt much of a buff if I am correct. At least not as much of a buff as you first think.
It only applies to RANDOM affixes. DMG affixes on legendaries arent random so their face DPS value wont be any higher. Ofcourse they will roll higher crit hit dmg or other affixes that increase your overall dps.

They really should just make all legendaries ilvl63 and set the static stats accordingly, especially now that they're basically doing that to rares. I don't know why they want to intentionally reduce variety by giving some of them inferior potential.
