Alkaizer has just earned Paragon level 100 while streaming, making him the world first softcore player to reach Paragon level 100. This is by no means a small task due to the massive amounts of experience needed. You can check out the final moment yourself on his stream page. He reaches level 100 at around 11:13:30. You an also check out Alkaizer's official armory page here.
For those who missed the information, below is a chart showing how much experience it takes to get to 100 along with a graph made by Vomica which gives you an idea how long the last 20 levels takes.

ok well, flame me as you will, but we aren't amused by the first person to have played 10.000 LoL games or stuff like that either, are we.

Agreed, no one cares about someone playing leagues of something
Anyway, impressive.
I hope blizzard did not think it'll last longer.

At first he was just playing normally with no intentions of getting world first, I think he slept 5-6 hours a night including school. But as he advanced ahead of everyone else he started to work harder. I think in his final few days he slept only a few hours a night.
Pre-patch he farmed hardcore, so Paragon levels didn't really change anything for him.

i even heared will be playing for months to get to paragon 100!!!!!
oh boy...... so we are back to 0 now again right? we have 300% MF but no point killing and wondering arround besides hoping for some good items.....and after a while you will find the best items whats the point of playing if you are not earning anything not even fun???
what sell the item to RM action house.... yeah right, let me tell you this even if you put 1$ item most of the time they dont sell, the Gold AH work the RL, sucks.....
so what the point after end game now????

No?
What level are you?
Until you get even close to 100, dont complain about it being worthless... from what I gather a team of players were playing that char non stop to get to lvl 100, they also had godlike gear, and were not even looting, just going to get the p100. just to be first, that has NOTHING to do with how long it will take you to get to 100.
Also, the end game in d3, is the same as d2. This isn't WoW, where a whole new game opens up when you max level, it never was, and never will be.

funny man
you seem to be just... so ... clueless.
Have fun reading posts in few weeks from average players about how long it takes to 100 it needs to be nerfed hurr im not even 30 yet it takes too long ...
Alkaizer knew exactly what he was doing and he invested almost 300 hours in it which is not even close to the amount of time avg person will need.

So... how long did it take to reach Level 99 in Diablo 2 LoD? They played 24/7 the last 2 weeks with godlike gear, no looting. They optimized the whole process and you are going to tell me, that in D2 it's takes longer? Yeah.
