More domain name fun. Ricard sends word that on 24th March Blizzard registered the diablo3.es (Spain) domain. They recently also aquired the diablo3.de domain from a third party. Before announcement of the title they'll want to gather up as many domains and that includes pre-owned ones as is the case with the German one. Whether the announcement is imminenet (E3 in May) or a little way off (Blizzcon in October) we're not sure but betting on either is safe.

You can check out the Spanish domain reg here, you'll need to type in the code printed above the form box to gain entry to show the page.

Now I'm just wondering... They've got the .ES and .DE domains. That's fine but usually they start with .COM so... does that mean that this forum and the whole stuff is actually belonging to Blizzard? :confused:

nah proably not, but the acquired one from third party as you can see, I dont know what they are gonna do, but they can't just take away the URL from the owner of this site... lol but they might request if i was the owner i would give it up and name it something else.

i would give the domain up just for blizzard to start saying that D3 is on its way and transfer this site to another place

yes, some of us have put a lot of time and sacrifice into this site, i gave up an assigment just to post my unboundless tomes of knowledge for the people of this site, so that they might laern from it. wow i blanked out for a second, what was i talking about.
