The patch will arrive next week. Blizzard answered that question on Twitter, they wanted to give people a chance to try it out before the QA.

Both the shutdown timer removal and the orange progress orbs in normal rifts are PTR-only things. Both applied to the 2.2 PTR, and both were back to normal once it went live.

Invoker 2pc was both buffed and nerfed, which should make it overall more powerful and less reliant on the perfect high density rift to even get to over 25 stacks. At 25 stacks you will now hit 875% increase, previously you needed at least 35 stacks to get to this value, so any time you were below 35 stacks, you will now be stronger than in S5.
On top of that you get the 6pc buff for single target damage, and Akkarats Champion scaling adjustments, which should make pure invoker generally more powerful in S6, IMHO.

Hope they buff Akkhan a bit up as well, so maybe both Akkhan and Invoker are competitive, instead of making every crusader run LoN, which is somewhat hard to gear for, because the LoN Set alone is worthless - you need the Ancient Items to power it.

I would love to be able to play a AC crusader again at comparable GRs than other classes, Condemn or Shotgun would both work for me!
