In order to gain more dps you need to rebalance some stats and drop some resists. 680 all resist is overkill in the game today. Anything over 500 all res is mp10 viable, some would argue even less.
Also, most of your vit is on your weapon, you need to move this to standard EHP slots such as chest/pants/shoulders/bracers. This probably means relying on some lucky crafts.
Craft shoulders and hope for 270+ str + vit + 70+ all res
Craft bracers and hope for str + vit + high all res + 6 crit
I don't know what the vit gem is doing in your chest, you should replace this for a str gem. Even better replace with an IK chest with same str and 180+ vit.
As already mentioned crafted gloves will give you a huge boost.
Replace the Diggers with Inna's Pants, 40+ str, 70+ vit and gem for strength.
Replace Unity for rare with av dmg + chc + chd or ias
Replace Occulus for almost any rare dps ring. (rings + amulets are traditionally dps and not ehp slots.)
Some things to consider
2 piece IK set - chest + belt or chest + helm?
Witching hour or IK Belt
Mempo or IK helm.
Oh and I'd say your amulet is fine for now if you want to craft other things.

I can't remember why I had the vit gem in my chest, I think it was cause I had two one handers and I needed more vit.
I crafted about 30 bracers last night, no luck so far lol. Probably gonna take hundreds to get good shoulders and bracers.

I've changed a few things and my dps has improved dramatically!
300k unbuffed is asking too much.
That's because the cost of every piece after a certain plateau is gonna increase exponentialy.
For example: With 500m you can build a set to have 150k dps unbuffed but to get to 200 will cost probably another 3-4 bill, and so on.
My barb set was 1 bill and I'm at 150k unbuffed (no passives). To get higher will cost A LOT.
But hey, what do I know, maybe you will be able to snipe a few good deals :-)
