game is nothing but a time sink now with no endgame
all characters will get the majority of their stats from paragon 2.0 buffs and gear now means pretty much nothing with these caps
so when I hit caps in paragon bonuses gear is irrelevant

The focus of the build really isn't the slow BL really, its the perma-SS while you AoE everything. Once I figured out to concentrate more on the SS than the DPS, it worked wonders. Thanks for the info and new build OP. Love seeing game-changers that come out when people think outside the box.
Trying to figure now just where it lines up # wise vs. the rockets/frost build. Its tough to leave the rocket/frost build as my HF is so nice but this is the first I've been really experimenting with in a while. Thanks again OP.
