You can not get to lvl 60 in D2 in under 15 minutes. impossible. big dif. In no way shape or form can u jump in a game in D2 and be lvl 42 in 3 minutes. (also i never power lvled on any of my characters. would never exploit or use hacks. never have)
this was simply a test on the PTR because my buddy jumped on my TS and said I got to check this out. I can get new toon to lvl 60 in under 15. I since deleted it.
If you "don't wanna argue the fact" (what fact?), if you definitely don't wanna "infest [sic] anymore time in blizz", then why are you here?
You posts come across as nothing else than Diablo bashing. If you made your mind upon your RoS purchase decision (i.e., not to buy it), it seems like you want to vent and waste our time. You spent 7 hours evaluating the game, you made an account here and are posting random rants, yet you say you have made your decision already... it just doesn't add up.
No official word on ladder so far btw, but it really seems like you're stuck with D2 anyways. RoS takes Diablo back to its core, more to the original experience of D1. Forget about your precious D2 experience, it's not coming back.
In all honesty. I think gaming has lost it's appeal to me. i getting To old i guess. find myself spending money aimlessly in search of game to grab my attention. To much time on my hands. Diablo is like crack. can't stay away from it no matter what you tell yourself.

will there be a ladder? if there is going to be ladder do paragon points carry over to new character made on ladder. or is it completely fresh start?
made new character. torment6. my buddy came in game he was lvl 60 WD fire bats everywhere. I was lvl 42 before i even went threw the gate to get in tristram. lvl 60 in less than 15 minutes. (ptr)
My buddy called me up just before the weekend that went by and said, "hey. i got beta invite wanna come check out ROS" UMM YES!! I said. So I pack up ready to spend some serious time with this. Now, let me just say. I have been a HCCL D2 fan/player for 9 solid years. Everyday after work on weekends I was playing it. Even to this day i still go back on ladder resets (only for couple weeks) but still. it says a lot for a 2000 game. It was great rerolling characters. having a javazon, bowzon, frenzy barb, bo barb, ww barb, frozen orb sorcy, hydra sorcy and so on, the list goes on. and farming for gears to be able to have them dif characters was immensely fun. you know. it gave the game replay value that lasted 9 SOLID YEARS AND COUNTING!
"GRRRAVVY" I yelled. "Take your time" and within 7 hours I had enough. I am not going to go on and insult devs or anyone. but that is all i can say about ROS. "7 hours". My buddy got home into my 6th hour roughly, and he could not believe i was still playing. He said he had enough 3 hours in. I didn't say 2 words to him. I just got up and left.
It does not matter how many new acts you build. It does not matter what you do to items in game. nothing matters. why? cause the only thing that would make a difference in this game is skill tree, stat points. taking away the ability to customize your character has amounted to going from 9 YEARS OF SOLID GAMING TO GETTING BORED IN LESS THEN 10 HOURS!! Something is wrong with them numbers.

Thanks guys. I get it now. IMO if there is a going to be a ladder there is no point in accumulating paragon lvls. with all the new gears coming and no AH. the need for non ladder characters is obsolete. having a NL toon makes no sense.
In reading what I can find about ROS I am not fully understanding some things. So I wonder if any of you could help me out and answer some questions.

So does that mean I will have 100 points to put into any character? does this include new characters I make? which brings me to my next questions.
I take it there will be a ladder. And to be on the ladder you need to make a new toon. so if i have 100 para points to use. can i use them on this new character on the ladder?

lol. To celebrate the 1 year anniversary of D3. Why not do this once a month? Why not have a secret lvl spawn and have to find it for a weekend? Why can't they show a little respect for us who keep grinding in this game instead of letting us down time and time again. And stop throwing that console crap in our face.

They are made to feel like they were just beta testers. What does Blizz....no...what do the DEVS do to support the fans that still grind in this game? what do the devs do for the people who have givien them the ideas to make this game reach it's full potential???ummm. nothing!! They can't even be bothered to have an event weekend now and then. Something like giving them extra MF or EXP for a weekend. NOTHING!!!! NOPE. ALL the devs want is your ideas. They want YOUR IDEAS!!!! Then go make money off of them.
Prediction........We will not see any changes in a very long time. Everything we want in D3 will be in an EXPANSION were you will have to pay 60$ AGAIN to get these changes!!! That is what your amazing ideas that you gave the devs will get you.
