Makes me smile that you say that you play the game for what it has to offer, and not hate on it for what is missing Madnek!

I liked you thiefvideos! Good GP videos and you got a nice voice to listen to, you just gained a sub!
    Keep up the good work!

    Great post Noomba.
I feel glad someone can say the quit a game with out the lines of "OMFG IT SUX SO BAAAD" etc.etc.

And yeah, I'm with you that WvWvW is awesome and cool! I just want to fight "for" something. Not just run mindlessly into battle :)

    Hello guys and gals!

Yesterday I logged into GW2 for the first time in 5 or so months, and tbh, i think it's an amazing game!
Fun, hard, fast-phased and some fights are real brain melters!
    But something is missing.

I know the the real "end-game" isnt there. But that is not the issue for me. I have since 2010, when i acculy stop hardcore raiding in wow (raided since moltencore) slowed down my gaming abit. To a more casual level in pretty much every game i play.

I know that one reason why i quit was that the learning curve in GW2 is CRAZY! (imo atleast).
I never understood (and still dont) what currency is used for what, and where to get these "points".
I found WvWvW highly confusing, with ppl killing everything and everyone without a clear objective to me.

Exept these 3 points i just made, i dont know why i quit! The game has what (it seems) no other game have today- a super friendly comunity and playerbase. The game is amazing and fun and i'd love to come back to the game. But i just cant find it in me to play a game that makes my feel like such a noob that is close to unplayable. I search for the epic feel, but to this point, it feelis like i'm mostly hunting a rabbit with a stick.

    Enough of me.

My question to you who read this is:

-Why did you quit guildwars? What made you decide that the game was not for you?

-Why do you still play guildwars? What's keeping you entertained?

Other then that i wish you a great day! Til next time! :)

(If you have tips on how i can improve my understanding of the game- please go ahead and throw it at me :D)

You want this patch to become AH 2.0? *Shrug*
Please tell me ppl dont share his opinion. :(

Why not take the next logical step? Think about it.

    Quote from Shooa

Many ppl acculy bought Diablo cause of the hype, just as any other singleplayer game.

And you know what many (MANY) ppl played the game just as a single player game.

They did normal killed that badass demonlord in the end and was happy there!

So please people. Stop with this silly rambling about numbers and how much the game failed.

People didnt quit. They just dont play the way you do.

Yet so many of the decisions in the game were made to accommodate those players.
Now they're gone. And we're stuck cleaning the mess.

    Feels good, doesn't it?

Im sorry, but i've never seen such a whiny comment in my whole life.
Everyone know what thay would get buy bying D3, since
both D1 and D2 was build as singleplayer games mainly, it was the comunity who created the multiplayer comunity in D2, blizzard just implemented the option and tools.

If you seriously think this low of daiblo 3, i'd rethink/give up typing 2830 posts on a website dedicated to a game you obviously dont want anything to do with.

You obviously did'nt understand the line "They dont play as you do", cause if you did, You wouldnt reply in such a ignorant way.
Diablo runs just the way its ment to run, the rest will be improvements and extra functions.

I acculy "facepalmed" IRL reading through this thread.

Why do ppl keep typing down "emotional" and fake statistics to make their point?
If you state simple but well aimed critizism agains the game, ppl will respect your opinion and try to give you their point of view (but ofc there are some rotten eggs).

But trying to pull a stunt like "EHRMAGERHD DIABLO SUX 9/10 PPL QUIT!?!?"

First of all, Diablo isnt a sub-based game. Wtf does quit mean to you? Playing daily? Weekly? Monthly?
I can tell you for a fact that i played Bioshock: Infinite, 3 months ago for 12 hours straight, but now i havnt touched it since.
Have i quit the game? Do i hate the game?
No, thats just the way of singleplayer games. Not everyone plays diablo as a singleplayer, but i do.

People need to understand one simple fact.
Diablo is not a sub-based game!

Many ppl acculy bought Diablo cause of the hype, just as any other singleplayer game.

Hope we'll see and end to this now.

TBTH, i find the whole samurai idea to be super boring for a new class.
Sure it would fit well in to the armor and weapon prefs, but i mean, there is NOTHING to the class more then that.

Lore wise it seems very lame. And skill wise, even more so.
What could this class ever bring to the game. All it would have would be renamed barbarian skills, maybe abit quicker, but really... meeh.

All i see in this class is a farmer class, nothing else, with boring lore, and a dreadful skilltree.
I might be wrong, but hey, that's how it feels atm.

There are a couple I'd like to see:
A shield based strength user, one that actually has skills involving the shield (for the WoW players, I'm thinking of some of the paladin or warrior tank ones) with a bonus to maces/spears so the slower weapons are more attractive. Would also like the option of using 2h weapons like polearms.

A necromancer/warlock style character that steals abilities/attributes from demons in a shapeshifting/casting style and take on a slightly demonic looking melee fighter, using strength again. Weapons would act like the D2 Druid in Werewolf form. Focussed on 2H and can't dual wield.

I agree with others. From the moment all classes were out, I was expecting a strength user that specialises in 2h weapons or is a heavy shield user purely because that's what is missing. However, D2 came out with 5 classes, and then TWO extra ones for the expansion. Balancing it up would only need one extra character, even though I'm hoping for two.

My minimal character slots cry at the thought of potentially two more classes :(

If they add more classes, the least they can do is give us more character slots. Let's hope they're not dicks.

They must. Since multiple achivments is to get 2 lvl 60 chars of every class. That wont be possible with the char slots avaliable as we speak.

So yes, they will add atleast 2 more, dont worry. Whats the point with achivments, if we cant even get all the achivments in the list? :P

You could, by deleting other characters :P

Or maybe the achievement only works if you have them all at once. I don't know.

Hehe, true. If you allready have the achiv before the Expansion that is.
Ppl that didnt then? Feat of str?
Never say never... but... NEVER :P

They're going to expand the list if the expansion bring new a new class/classes.
I bet my bnet account on it :)

    Hi guys and gals!
    Shooa here again.

I've been thinking. Is there really a big reason why we dont get D3 on the Vita? (Exept for the possible preformance issues).

Since Diablo on Playstation will get a "offline" mode, wouldnt this be the most perfect game for this kind of platform? For the fast phased and short bursts of gameplay is Diablo brings you.

I would KILL for a portable device with diablo on it. I work in a city 100km from home, so i spend alot of time (2hours daily) on the train to, and home from work. Not to mension a fast crafting session while you're on the loo!

All the controles are on the vita, plus the touchpad on the back.

    It... would... be... perfect.

PS. I dont have a Vita atm, but i can asure you, i would buy one for this game alone!
Please, give me your thoughts on this matter!

Other then that, i wish you a great day! :)

There is no Hinduism in the world of sanctuary... It's like putting judism into Lord of the Rings...

    There there.
Give eachother + instead of - for creativity! Its like the "Fallen Angel" we saw erlier; It wouldnt fit in sanctuary's lore, But it is creative nontheless!
I'd like to evolve that idea you just started. Sure we can establish that IRL religions in the Diablo universe is a no-no. But talking about a playable class thats not "human" (tecnicaly the Nephalem arnt human, but sill, human looking).

How about a rogue demon? Mefisto's badass experiment. Who can create vessels form himself, taking other demons/human forms/abilitys.

Useing "Blood" as a resourse for his original form, and "Chaos" in vessels.

Just another take on the druid. A more creative, then just a remake of the d2 druid :)

Even though I wish this could happen, I think it's a horrible idea. The only players who hate the AH are anyone who is old enough to have played Diablo 2, so basically less than 10% of the total player base.

You think 10% of the player base who plays D3 played D2!!!??
Excuse my language... but... ARE YOU FRIKKIN' KIDDING ME XD?
Wow, you have no idea how wrong you are. Sure, many ppl quit the first 2 patches, but dude... 10%? just no.
