She needs the Nat's two piece really bad most of the damage we do if from SW tornadoes and more crits means more tornadoes. Spend the 100 mil on good Nat's boots and a average damage and socketed Nat's ring with that budget.
I looked up a Nat's ring and boots set; here are the stats:
Ring: 87 Dex, 9%AS, 4.5% CC + Socket w/ 54 Dex Gem - 135m
Boots: 195 Dex, 58 Vit, 72 AR, 12% Movement - 42m
Set Bonus: 7.0% CC
When I plug in the numbers, She's a -451.38 dps loss
I couldn't find her nice ring in her bags/bank, but put on a decent ring she had in her bags that has 15 average damage, 98 Dex, 83 Vit, 5.5% CC, 29% CD + Socket w/ 54 Dex Gem to replace her Leoric's Signet.
I just don't justify paying 100's of millions of gold for a Nat's set and gain little to no dps increases.
So, at this point, I'm still stumped.
Edit: I forgot to mention I've updated her Armory Profile with the ring I mentioned.
Her dps from SW is not going to show up on a calculator...most of her damage comes from tornadoes and the more crit you have the more damage you do. It is a huge net gain even though it's hidden damage. Also get her a WKL the legendary fist weapon with +%lightning damage and her dps with go way up but her on sheet will drop hard. If all you care about is how high she can get her on sheet damage go ahead and do what you want but on sheet and actual damage are two very different things.
