posted a message on DiabloFans says farewell. Let's celebrate the good old times once more!

Big thanks to the Mods, Admins and the countless contributors for the awesomeness this site had to offer the past several years.

As stated above, I too fear D:Immortal will be the final nail in the coffin for the Diablo series, which I as have many in these forums have enjoyed for many years since Diablo (1) was initially released.

I may have had my head in the sand up until now believing to myself that D3 has a lot of life left in it (its does, doesnt it?). Now, the harsh reality of the naysayers could come to be in the foreseeable future.

So, to all the great folks that contributed all the greatness and those who corrected any challenges this site may have seen to allow the rest of us to succeed, I lift a beverage to your hard work and dedication to those of us that still play daily.

posted a message on KEEP DIEING ON RATHMA BUILD

Rat is very squishy to begin with. Also, google 'rathma group' and 'rathma solo'. There is a build for each and you will fail hard if you mix them up.

The ONLY thing that is shared are available character slots, which is account wide (Non-season\Season\Hardcore\Softcore).

posted a message on Future Character Packs
    Quote from veryblackraven»

The main reason I think that there's going to be more classes (or other kinds of packs, but what else can you sell?) is because they're adding an in-game shop. You don't do this if you're going to sell 1 DLC there.

Agreed, just hope it isn't going to be a micro-transaction extravaganza of pay 2 win

posted a message on S11 - What character will you be playing?

Do the bulk of the Season Journey with WD, leveling necro as I go along. Do the HC conquests with DH (most likely shadows & UE grenades builds)

posted a message on Non-season leveling gear for Necromancer

Custerian wristguard bracers (grant XP from picking up gold)

Highest leveled Gem of Ease you can manage to get - Insert into weapon

Level several GoE to lower all 13 pieces of gear to lvl1 equipable

    Lvl 23 Cains

Lvl 70 Cains (use 2 from each)

Lvl 23 Borns chest and sword

Gold wrap belt lowered to lvl (through the GoE, practically invicible)

Highest available ruby to go into your helm

    RoRG in the cube

    Goldskin chest in the cube

Puzzle ring (to open the Vault)

Go in with +XP on the gear (if possible), you may get to 70 in 'as little as ' 1 vault. If all gear is lowered to be all usable on lvl 1 char, the stronger you will be so Torment levels are possible when starting out.

posted a message on Season Journey Tracker

In most of the past seasons, I've tried (for the most part successful in most seasons) to do all the conquests on SC then HC to appease the completionist in me.

Sprinter\Speed Runner are interesting however you almost 'need' somebody to run through with you unless you get optimal gear right away. Thing is, when rerolled the gear is basically trash afterwards.

On a Good day\I can't stop (lvl65 gems) is a simple progression only conquest, one of the simpler to do

BossMode\Worlds apart (20min to kill all bosses) is very fun with an organised group

Years of War\Dynasty (GR55 with 6 sets) is a fun but time consuming challenge (as stated above) IMHO.

The set dungeons, that's where i usually stop, S10 won't be an exception either.

Bagstone: Again, thankyou for your efforts to create the tracker app, very useful.

    See everybody back in S10!

posted a message on The thrill/super hero builds

Although I posted this for WD back in S7, is still appropriate and works great:

    http://www.diablofans.com/builds/83379-season-7-witch-doctor-the-thrill-challenge

Just get gear you do not have from the cube (upgrade rares) and you should be all set.

posted a message on Season Journey Tracker Android App

App works really well. If I may have 1 suggestion. If its possible, have a page that tells you where the headrig's gift set dungeon is located (ie area in which Act).

    Nice job overall, thankyou

posted a message on Having a hard time with conquests

    - The Act 5 in Paths of the Drowned, Cursed Peat chest is the best for this conquest. It spawns mainly Boggets [sp] and have very low life so can spawn them very quickly.

    - UE DH would be your best setup to get the conquest.

    - Also, try in group.
