I'm not unfamiliar with the class, i have a paragon 44 wiz myself
The thing that made me re-roll a barbarian was;
1. Cm spammage. EB+WW spam was really simple and boring. Never tried to add meteor to the equation though. Seems to work very nice for people.
2.Archon's mobility issues. I was melting monsters away with a big lazer yes, fun. But a 10 second teleport wasn't cutting it. After trying barbarian with wotb+sprint it amazed me
Now after reading 1.0.7 notes which will increase xp on monster power levels, im thinking that i could use cm meteor on high mp to level.
Plus in 1.0.7 critical hits reduce archon's teleport cooldown. That would i assume make the mobility issues go away.(I have another hope that may be they'll fix oculus teleport bonus for archon aswell )
So i have a p57 barb with 180k un-buffed dps, but im really bored with the class. After watching avoid's and archon's streams im thinking of selling my gear and switching to my p44 wiz for 1.0.7.
With a rough estimate i will have around 700m gold.Can i build the character for cm meteor build to farm as efficiently as my barb with 700m?
Will i regret the switch? Need some advice & your thoughts!
