I am ok with increasing movement speed bonus to 36% or 48% IF movement speed can roll on all item slots (like MF or GF). That way it acts like hit/expertise rating in wow, where you want to have on your gears, but not too much.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru EikuraQuote from DonBukkayeah, I'm 100% sure that the the crit for any independant enemy is based on the chance for each individual jump. Much like how Life on hit from Locust swarm doesn't proc per tick, but rather each time it jumps to a new enemy.
From experience it should crit per cast. Meaning all jumps from the same cast either crits or not crits. Try using it on scorpion pack and you see their healths drop with the same speed, where if it's crit-by-jump, you should see some mobs drop faster than the other in the same pack.

I just saw your new thread http://www.diablofans.com/topic/93365-locust-swarm-problem-cant-crit/ I guess you have tested it more than enough then. It may also be just that locust crit does not trigger hysteria thoughPosted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura

From my experience I feel that locust crit roll is at the casting, meaning that if that cast is a crit, all ticks and all targets on that cast will be crit. It does not roll crit on individual tick. So maybe that's why it's harder to trigger hysteria because you only have one chance per cast to fish for the crit.Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura

I'm ok with hostile mode only if it's possible to opt out of it proactively (not after I'm attacked). Or if it's mandatory, make the attacker suffers a large combat penalty (maybe -50%dmg and life for the entire game) when he/she triggers hostile flag. Or maybe give 15 minutes warning between the hostile trigger and the time it becomes effective.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

About Theo and Tasker gloves, if they didn't put it in game, I (and many of us) would not have heard about the story behind it. They put it in so we google and learn about the story, so I guess it's successful in that regard.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

It's good to see they iterates so many times before releasing. I am pretty happy with the current design of skill/ skill points/ runes. It allows experimentation with some restrictions (NV). Having to reroll and re-level toons just to make a few skill points around is a big hassle.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
