. Does anybody know If they're eventually going to add the attack animations with the Daibo, or if this is how it's intended?

Probably intended since everyone uses Skorns anyways

posted a message on Accounts/Characters flagged for bad loot more than just RNG?
So If I played only 1 character for 6 months and got 0 legendaries and then played another charatcter for the same amount of time and got 100 you would still say RNG?

This doesnt make sense. The most upgrades should come in M0-1 because how else would you be able to proress and be able to handle the added mob strength in higher MPs unless you were geared?

Until recently I was playing a Monk and Wiz. I played both of them on Act 3 and neither had any MF gear on. The monk actually had a higher MF becuase he was paragon 34 and using Templar added another 30 MF. My Wizard was only Paragon 17. During the entire time I played my monk I only got 7 legendaries. I got 2 Pus spitters, Ivory tower, Some 2 Handed Mighty Weapon, Hellrack, badly rolled int Manticore, and some BS plans. All of those sold for a total of 5 mil because only the manticore and plans actually sold the rest were brimstoned. On the other hand my Wizard with much less MF becuase of lower Paragon and also using 0 MF on her follower was finding 2-4 legendaries per day. Also her drops seemed to be better because I sold one legendary for 40 mil and another rare for 50 mil. This again is using the same MP level and also the exact same farming routes.

Is it being to paranoid to assume that characters can be flagged to get better loot? I just dont understand how a higher Paragon level and MF yields far less legendaries than a character with lesser Paragon and thus less MF. I mean at what point can you stop blaming RNG for your bad luck? I just dont get why I get far better drops on one character compared to a character with higher MF even when using the same farming routes on the same MP difficulty.

posted a message on Are MP0 speed runs terrible for loot?
Your account or the character you are playing might be flagged for bad loot. As stupid and silly as this theory sounds Im starting to buy into more and more every day. My Monk just hit Paragon 43 and has only found 6 legendaries since hitting Inferno. 2 Pus Spitters, Hellrack, Ivory Tower, a badly rolled int Manticore, and some rank 8 BS plans if that counts. I also have a Barb thats only paragon 15 and seems to find 2-3 a day. Both do the same farming route and both run them on MP3. I also alternate days playing them and usually play each for 6-7 hours so they get roughly the same playing time. Neither has magic find gear. I just cant explain it and it cant just be RNG. The paragon 15 character has probably found at least 30 legendaries including one that sold for 40 mil and another rare item that sold for 50 mil. I know thats not a lot but its more than all the items my paragon 43 character has ever sold combined. At this point RNG is out the window and it has to be something else. How can one character get so much better drops than the other?

Going to try and test this out. Im gonna only play the Monk for a month. Then Im only going to play the Barb for a month. Will play each for the same amount of time a day and record what drops I get that actually go to the AH and how many Legendaries I get. If there is a overwhelming difference in the data then it is true that accounts or characters can be flagged for bad loot upon creation.

Been working on my gear and so far have 42K health, 525 resist all, 35% CC so will be 50% with Ruthless and Weapons Master, and 375% crit damage. Is that good enough for MP 4-5? Still have 1 ring left to buy and Im wondering if a stone of jordan is worth it? If I get one with more Cleave damage that would be nice since my IK belt has 10% and I plan on using Cleave.

First of all I am outright stating I will never play WW/Sprint even if they remove every other ability in the game. I dont care how good it is and if it can clear all of Act 3 in 15 minutes while I eat pizza and watch TV. To me a Barb is like the Berserker class from Everquest. I wanna swing a big ass weapon and cave in faces. Dancing around like a girly, sissyman-ballerina pooping out tornadoes is NOT a Barb. When I think of Barbs I think of Conan punching that camel out like no big deal. Not spinning around like a figure skater.

So first of all what are minimum stats to do mid range MPs like 4-6? Im starting to piece together items now so I can snipe some good deals. Obviously I will be using a Skorn but can I leave off the Lifesteal so I can get a ton more damage? I will already have 2.8% from a IK belt I got for about half of what the others were selling for and then another 3% from Bloodthirst Passive. Is 5.8% good enough? I mean 5.8% would cost me like 75 mil+ on a decent skorn but if I leave it off I can get another 100 Str and also get up to 1400 DPS for pennies compared to a mediocre LS Skorn. I also noticced you can get life on kill Skorns for next to nothing as well. Would that be another alternative since I can just drag elites with me anywhere in Act III and find tons of whites to one shot for HP. Also what are my stat priorites for using a 2 Hander? I assume I need some IAS mixed in with my CC and CD but what about resist and health?

This is the build Im thinking about using. Again Im not going FotM and Im trying to play whats fun. I mean this is a game right and they are supposed to be fun last time I checked. But will this build work for MP4-5. If not help me with what needs to be changed.

I figure Leap will get me out of crap like being surrounded by arcane cutters or a bunch of molten mobs about to blow up and would be better than sprint.

posted a message on Where do I start for upgrades?
I spent like 2 hours looking at the AH today and everything that would give me more DPS like 6% crit bracers with loads of dex or a high Dex Vile Ward would kill my HP and also my resists. I can probably get a little more average damage and crit chance along with some dex on my Ammy but thats probably the cheapest and Im still looking at 10-15 mil at least. I could also drop my Inna Legs for something with 200+ vit and 75 resists which would let me upgrade my bracer and shoulders easier but I would lose my set bonus that I need for refreshing Sweeping Wind. Am I at the point where anything thats an upgrade is going to cost an arm and a leg?

I been farming MP 0-1 for exp and legendaries. Currently have 510 resists how low can I drop those so I can add more DPS to make my runs faster? Have 115k Damage unbuffed with 36k health and a 5.6 LS Skorn.

posted a message on WW Barb vs TR Monk?
I tried both and went back to my TR monk. Sure Barb might be able to farm higher MPs but TR is so much faster and I dont see a point in doing anything other than MP0-1 anyways unless key farming or doing ubers. I never noticed better drops doig MP 4-5 compared to 0-1. Hell best drop I got since coming back was leveling through Act 1 Inferno set to MP1 and got a 950 LoH ammy with 60 average damage, 200 dex, 100 vit, 65 resist all and 65% crit damage.

+ lightning damage and + FoS damage. Ofc you'd want the highest + against elites possible, but FoS rings are really expensive last time I checked.
The dmg affix doesnt realy matter. I would go for cold since its a "snare". If you play a standard build with FoT/SW Cyclones i would go for an soj with sw dmg increase.

SOJ is nice for higher mp(at least 7) and/or ubers. Just not worth for farming on lower mp

Dont need cold damage since you will have scoundrel with a Buriza.

posted a message on What do I need to upgrade to faceroll MP2-3
Dont have much gold yet because RNG hates me. But when I finally sell something for more than 100k what should I look to upgrade first? Right now been farming Act 3 on MP0 because I pretty much 1 shot everything with Tempest Rush. Tried going up to 2 and it just wasnt as fast because I could no longer 1 shot everything, therefore less efficient. So what do I do need to do to make MP 2-3 just as faceroll as MP0? Or should I just stick to MP0? Are the drops better in higher MPs? Havent played since GW2 came out so not really familiar with MP levels yet other than mobs are harder.
