posted a message on Any good fire builds out there?
With your gear, you should be running T4 easily.

My gear is much worth and I do T4 easily both solo and in groups. My build is very much similar to yours but with some good defence skills.

    1. War Cry with 15% dodge I find is good.

    2. Bloodthirst is really good with bonus on Health Globe. Together with the Relentless and Supervision, I am very tough in T4, don't have to move much except the Arcane damage and frozen off. I also find standing in fire increase my dps big time, because the rage is endless and I can spam HOA non stop, both high dps and good survivability.

    3. I also find the Tough as Nails is very effective to increasing survivability too if you find the need to move a lot to avoid quick death.

MP5 for exp / MF, sweet spot, higher MP level seems take too much longer, not worth the time.
MP7 or higher for 12 x ubers. prefer MP7, higher MP take too much longer.
Looking for group for 12 x ubers, 3 machines each player.

Nice dps, pure dps focused. However, do you have one shoot dead problem sometimes?

    Here is my porfile:

I try to balance all with full MF, my dps is a lot lot lower than yours and that is why I do not try high MP level, too slow killing.

I found out that using +armor passive give me a lot of feel of safety both to physic dmg and elemental dmg, never have one shoot dead problem with it. However I did have one shoot problem with Supersition from physic dmg.

I'd try getting a faster OH. Also try trading belt for a Bash instead of Frenzy
Also: On lower MP do you really need Tough as Nails?

Nice off hand. Nice pant, chest etc..

I would change main hand with a socketed one.

Well, I do MP4 or 5 for MF, I do not like dying and preferred safe and fast run and Tough as Nails does make a difference.
I am looking for a faster OH and that belt was my drop, so far happy with it,I do not use bash that much anyways, switch would cost me extra I guess.

If die too fast on fire, you need to increase all resist and use passive to reduce element damage by 20% further.
    Increase HP.
    Increase LOH

posted a message on WW barb and IAS question
    • If rage is burning too fast, walk around mobs instead of WW all the time, cos ww faster, as you say burns all rage fast.
    • Keeping WotB would be: 1. burn rage when rage is full, keep it half full at the time if possible. 2. get more crit.

I think it is more complicated than what RockManDoom's spread sheet. I have prepared an improved spread sheet for Diablofans to consider.

The spread sheet shows the theoretical best MP level to go for in different situations if you know what MP level you spend extact half of the game time killing the mobs and the other half for non-killing activities.

The idea is based on the following assumption:
    1. Each run only consist killing time and non-killing time.
    2. Non-killing time include: running time, dying and running back to the mobs, picking up items etc.
    3. Killing time: time spend on killing mobs only.
    4. MF mentioned below is MP from gears + MF from Paragon levels.
    5. The bench mark would be: extra bonus from MP level / (killing time+non-killing time)
    6. The mob damage increased by MP levels would sink in to the non-killing time. In other word, if in a higher MP level, you die more often, then the time consumed due to dying would be counted in non-killing time. Therefore, to find/guess your half/half MP level, you need to consider the dying time into the non-killing time.
    7. Monster difficulty variation from run to run is ignored.
    8. Any MF suggestion at MP0 is to be seen as MP1 due to the nature of lvl 63 items dropping.

Here you to the spreadsheet picture, in this picture, the top table shows the half/half mp level at 5. The numbers in bottom table shows the best MP for more xp or MF 5 situations.
    www.dropbox.com/s/uyzhz5gbt7tz37e/Best MP.png

Original Spread sheet to play with: dl.dropbox.com/u/41363043/Best%20MP.xlsx

PS: Sorry cannot post pictures, need 10 posts. lol.

    Suggestions welcomed.

Anybody could give some suggestions on the work?

You can't compare act 1 mp0 monster HP to act 1 MP1 HP, because jumping to MP1 also increases the monster level from 61 to 63. Nobody should even think about farming MP0 act 1/2 as that's an incredible waste of time (even if you have to sacrifice lots of DPS to do that, you should still do it and go farm act 3 MP0 instead). In act 1/2 you can only compare MP>1 to MP1 (MP0 there is pointless as it's extremely easy an unrewarding due to monster/item level). In act 3 you can compare to MP0 as well.

Look like a nice chart. However, the time running at MP0 is hard to define. When gears are at high enough level, MP0 mobs die instantly when u run through them as barb, and barb would not have enough rage to keep sprint and as such running time is extended.

I would use MP3-5 and define the running time there.
