Druid had the fewest points into strength at level 1: 15! They could change that, though.

But I'm all for many more classes, also to support the further development of D3.

All my tools are designed for desktops... but I see your point. Do you have any general guidelines for how to transform it? In general I'm not a fan of unified designs (Blizzard is going down this route with the forums and it's the worst thing ever, it'll kill the D3 forums for me entirely). I think I'd rather create a separate mobile version... but since I've never done mobile website development I don't know where to start. Any advice welcome, sure - though I can't promise I'll have the time though.
I don't think it would be too much of a hassle (as a web dev myself) but I also admit that creating a good UX would be the main difficulty. Personally I'd go with like one to two columns max. on phones, three to four on tablets and so on. The category navigation (Rifts, Solo GRs, ...) could also work as a drop-down list on the top.

Positioning a tablet or phone besides the computer screen (if one only has a single computer screen) while gaming for quick reference is imho really what your tool is made for. Correct me if I'm wrong but currently it's more like using Alt+Tab in this case, isn't it?

Please excuse me for (maybe) mentioning first world problems and keep up the excellent work!

Just one small issue: would be nice if it were optimized for small devices (I could help you, if necessary).

Also the weirdest thing is, such a movie would be truly original one (and nowadays it's very hard to make something like that). I mean, can you name one fantasy film that's placed in similar scenery? I can't think of any. Constantine would be the closest one I think (and it's still far off). While Warcraft? It's just another LoTR copy/common fantasy, no matter how good it's going to be.

Solomon Kane? Oh, and what about Game of Thrones (except the politics and it being a tv series)?

posted a message on Crusader or Wizard?
To me the Crusader is a much better Caster/Sorcerer/Mage/Wizard than the Wizard itself... if you want to nuke enemies with powerful (aoe-)spells: Go for the crusader.

If you want to kite and let dots like Blizzard or a pet like Hydra do their job: Go for the Wizard...

I gotta admit I started with the Wizard and it's still my most played class, the Crusader however is MUCH more fulfilling as a (mid-)ranged caster-class (and you can alternate with melee playstyle when you get bored)!!!

posted a message on Is D3 dead and what do you think should this dev. team be replaced ?
Well, no one forces you to play Diablo 3, right? Why don't you just play Diablo 2 then? It's still an amazing game so don't bother yourself with D3... I for instance play both from time to time.

The PvP phenomenon of D2 was a by-product of allowing us to kill each other outside of town which simply worked out with the balanced Damage/Hp ratios Diablo 2 had and the semi-open worl
D3 does not have those liberties at all. You either grind the PvE or look for another game.
Hell, what about brawling? I played D2 a lot (PvP included) and it's the same in many ways except the random levels... I brawled a lot and sometimes you 1-shot eachother and sometimes you have a 5-minute battle. Just like in D2... seriously, there IS PvP!!! Or what do I miss?!

posted a message on What can I do to make my Monk better?
    Quote from Mr Immaturity

Quote fromKueken You are probably better off moving this to the Monk forums.
As of right now, Monks are pretty lackluster as damage dealers or for solo T6 clearing. They lack the really powerful spells, item interactions and/or set bonuses that enable other classes to do this. If you want to play T6 with a Monk, your best bet right now is playing a pull/palm support monk, which is almost mandatory for any T6 party, but this Monk would be unable to solo anything.

If you want to stay solo, you can go with the currently popular Fire or Lightning LTK builds, they can get some reasonable results on Torment 4-5. However, I would recommend waiting for the 2.1 patch to do so, since Blizzard has announced changes to the underwhelming set bonuses for the Monk sets, which might increase the Monks viability as a solo or DPS character a lot.

Your gear has a lot of room for improvement as well. For a Lightning-ish build you are using right now, you will want a lot more %Lightning damage, like Eye of the Storm, Odyn Sun, Whon Kim Lau etc. Cooldown reduction is a major improvement on higher torments as well to get a high uptime on powerful buffs like Serenity, Inner Sanctuary and Epiphany.

I'm not familiar with this particular forum - so would I have to re-post this in the monk area or is there a way to literally move it?

I lean towards lightening builds because of the effects they have, stuns and crowd control wise. Also, I never knew that % elemental damage was actually worth anything at all. I've not really put much focus on it, however, so I don't suppose I could have known. Is there anything in my items stats that I would be better off NOT focusing on? such as crit chance/crit damage/attack speed/etc? Any stats in particular that I should disregard?
If you like to use skills with one particular element then I strongly suggest you to get some +elemental skills damage on your helmet, bracers and amulet. If for example the tooltip shows you lose 10% damage but you get 15% lightning skill damage then that's still roughly 5% more damage that you can deal even when it's not shown in your char screen. Check out your profile on diabloprogress.com or use the firefox/chrome plugin on this page to see the REAL damage you deal with +elemental skills damage. My monk has a very similar build to yours and has much lower dps on the char screen than yours but with elemental damage it's a great deal higher.

What about your huge lack of +elemental skill damage? Rolling a socket out of that in your Andariel's Visage was certainly a bad decision considering your real DPS (not char screen)... also: 39% MF is 3.9% more chance to get legendarys, so not worth it at all imo. Especially cause one higher torment level gives you around 15%.

#1 in the world, trololol, learn to play little turk.... pretty poor playstyle.

    L├Ącherlich!

Yes, it is an easy build but have you seen Diablo 2 with the FoH-paladin? Or amazons shooting guided arrows? Well then, WELCOME to the Diablo franchise!

There are always builds that are easier to play then others, that doesn't take away the right to play them though.
Actually you should thank Turk for showing EVERYONE how to make this build, so that it can get Blizzard's attention (and then maybe pvp-related balancing).

Yes Mr. 666, wanna tell me anything about d2 foh paladins or amazons ^ ... I slaughtered 1000's of em in over 7 years of league/tournament play (no not ffa teleport pvp as you eventually played).
The build of Turk btw is pretty mainstream and every wd on ptr played it even before the video was published.

But you didn't get the criticism so I sum it up again: Hopping anxiously around the borders of the map, throwing in those spiders and going invisible as soon as there's another player on screen, pressing the haunt button on a already hexed enemy to deliver a 1 hit shot, has nothing to do with skill, nor is it related being #1 build/player/whatever under any circumstance.

But it isn't him to be blamed, the pvp system and the duel map introduced, are just plain crap, not worth to play. D2's bloodmoore had and has more potential to set up a fair duel and still is superior to what d3 offers.

Though I don't agree with you, that is now a civilized post unlike your first. And now I can understand what you mean ;).

@Hasansabbat: may I ask what build you are using?

posted a message on Do Set Items actually exist?
Well, what can we say...? I found maybe 10-20 set items and am playing since release... and these were also the items I got the most gold for. Could be easily more than 200m that I made only by finding pieces of Natalya's, Chantodo's, Zunimassa's, Inna's, etc... So yeah, I was kinda lucky, but I have 60+ characters of all classes. Sometimes I play the whole day and then two weeks not even one minute, it really is freaking random :X. GL to you for the future, though... the next set item is only one resplendent chest (Natalya's Reflection dropped there for me, sold for like 50m) or enemy away!
