    It's definitely gear dependent and the build can evolve in different ways. The 7 small meteors have no cooldown and can be spammed if you can regen AP fast enough. So the goal is to have more regen/APoC.

    I find Dominance to be more survivable when soloing. Energy Tap/Prodigy if you have a lot of attack speed to refill. I can solo T2/3

    Recently I started using Black Hole/Blazar which helps with grouping a mob and emptying out arcane power on it.

    I farm with my friend's monk who pulls them together for me.

    I still use Perma-Freeze CM Wizzy. 4-Player Co-Op MP8

    Maghda // Skeleton King. I have to target Maghda first or else I'll die. After I have Maghda perma-frozen, the rest of the teammates will kite the King in to my perma-freezing radius and it's GG after that.

    Ghom stage is easily mode, they are permafrozen at the start.

    Siegebreaker and Zulle, Couple things I have to watch out for and I'm considering teleport because of this. The slow bubble screws me up badly. I notice I lose the perma-freeze after the bubble is casted. Teammates have to call out if Siegebreaker picked them up or they will be up there for a while. Main issue is the slow bubble and losing lock on the Uber-Bosses trying to get out of the bubble.

    No, MP0(aka the standard difficulty) is just straight up nerfed beyond that - Act 3 enemies have about half the health as before. I think the 25% damage reduction(counterbalanced by the defense skill nerfs) applies to MP2-3, with MP0 monsters possibly doing even less damage than that.

    That's correct. Patch 1.0.4 Inferno is around Monster Lvl 2-3 in Patch 1.0.5

    I have the same setup but a little better gear. Have you tested PTR105 yet? I tried but I keep getting disconnected when I was playing with my friend so I gave up.

    If you stack about 2.0 total APS, Wicked Wind works fine with 500-600 LOH and 19APoC,

    CM Wizard still works fine.

    Works fine at MP1-2 so far. Testing it in act3 seigebreaker. Havent fought the siegebreaker yet.

    Imma keep moving up lvls until I find the breaking point for this build.

    Currently, very little modifications to my build. I use to Tank with my SC CM build with Evocation, CM, Blur, but I took out Blur for Astral Presence for the AP regen and cap.

    Also I am solo'ing with Scoundrel for the extra Crit Chance.

    My gear is specialized for Energy Twister//Explosion Blast as you can see from my profile.
