Quote from tanis0Quote from Bleu42A; As a WW barb you shouldn't be using LoH anyway as stacked LS is much better and it doesn't rely on procs, just straight dmg.
B; This build is far from dead. Reduced cost to WW in the first place, and animosity giving a nice bonus to fury regen. With a lot of mobs I'm constantly at full fury as it is, and if it gets bad for some of you WW barbs, go with a fury weapon in your main hand instead of an ax if you must.
C; Just like people going hysterical when the CM nerf to wizards happened, people now will freak out over nothing. CM is still viable and widely used, and so will WW.
A: This is true if you have exceptionally good gear. If your DPS isn't all that high though, LoH is currently a necessity for A3 and most guides I've seen recommend 1000+ (and some as high as 1500).
B: The reduced WW cost most likely means WotB can no longer be up infinitely, regardless of what weapon you use. Even if you can technically generate fury fast enough, you just can't spend it fast enough anymore as far as I can tell. This is a substantial nerf to weapon speed, damage, run speed, crowd control resistance, dodge chance and, indirectly, LoH and lifesteal.
C: I'm pretty sure it will still be used -- I just think it will require far better gear than it does now. I don't have the time to farm that kind of gear though and I'm not going to spend the kind of money in the RMAH that I think it would take either, so I think I'll be pushed into a different spec as things currently stand (though I'll probably just move on to a different game). I'm fully open to the possibility that it isn't as bad as it sounds though and we'll have to wait for the PTR to know for sure.
You can still spam battle rage/sprint to dump fury. Dumping the fury is still a non-issue, you just have to be actively doing it more than you used to.
