Technically, they're taking a handful of items (so far they've said it's ONE [1]) and they're removing the ability to sell it to other players... It's literally like every item in the game right now where you can change what toons it's on via-your personal stash just not able to sell it.
Rather than making new posts with what items are available and such and causing confusing I'm just going to keep bumping this post with any new items or what items have sold. I'm on the forums and Diablo 3 fairly regularly so I'll respond to messages / friend requests often.

Items for sale range from iLevel 61-63 Rares and iLevel 61-63 Legendaries as well as Unidentified Items from iLevel 61-63.
