first of all, change skills, take out either breadth of heaven or wave of light and relace it with sweeping wind, cyclone
change to dual wield, so u can get more chd, will gain around 5k dps, get around 500+ life on hit
take out one with everything if u r not stacking resist, good alternative is resolve, or just stack 1 resist later on
the neck is pretty bad, low on crit chance and low dex, maybe get a 1.04 ouroboros? will solve most of ur problem
get helm with at leastr 4% crit, dex, socket and other defensive stats

Your amulet was way too expensive. I only had 30M that I just bought for 45$. So I changed my helm and also the amulet for something else that boosted my dps a bit. Then I already had that second weapon to dual weld.
I'm gonna try that in act 3, but now with around 320 resist all, I will need to boost that
