Mad props to Grimy, I enjoyed your guide on D3 official forums, and I enjoyed it here. It's nice to have someone say it straight with facts once in a while.
How its possible to farm for a specific item? I think everyone wants that ring at the moment..
It's possible by finding out the difficulty, area, and enemy type (enemy level) that has the highest chance of dropping the item.
The signet is a special case being at so low ilvl, and people have found out exactly where it tends to drops most often. But even if you farm the right areas for 30 hours, you do not have a guaranteed drop. This is not to say that it cannot drop from other areas/enemies. Do a quick google or look through the countless threads on it. People are farming for it right now.
My close friend and I farmed for it quite a bit, he put in 20 hours or so and got over 10 legendaries before getting the signet, including 2 manald heals. We couldn't believe it when we identified a legendary ring from Oasis for it only to be the manald. (he was sitting right next to me). His sold for 70m and helped him out quite a bit.
You mean his signet sold for over 70m?
Yes sorry, I edited the text. His signet sold for 70m, and not over 70m. Depending on the expirience bonus % they range from 50m to 150m for a 30% roll.

To the OP, I'm sure it takes more than 20 runs on average. Find a good route and just keep it up.
Resolve is good since it procs off Sweeping Wind, but Guardian's Path is also very good. I find myself switching between those 2 as well as Fleet Footed for breaking the move speed cap.
And I do 80k unbuffed dps, and havent spent any money on the RMAH nor am I rich as shit. :[
I crit for 200k, tornados crit for 40k. Damage wise cyclone is still king. And thunder clap still has the highest proc coefficient + double crits per hit. I also found both of my weapons. Though they are worth over 100m combined for sure. But in the end if you don't have that gear you will need to use other stuff, and Keen Eye is certainly good.
U meant dodge ruksak? Makes more sense. Dodge is great. But again dps will make all of that pretty trivial. Depends on where you are at, and your budget of course.
I've tried spirit regen builds and its a lot of fun, just not enough damage for me compared to classic cyclone + SSS. SSS: Fulminating Onslaught is insane now with high crit chance and crit damage. I definitely no longer die using Thunder Clap, though it was an issue for me back when my dps was lower. When I first was starting out I used Keen Eye as well, so it may be a good choice for him if he can't get his dps up for now. There is nothing wrong with Keen Eye, it's actually a lot of fun. I still love it.
To raise your survivablity, raise your dps. Do not buy into the whole "tanking" mindset. People fail to realize how important DPS is. And to the above poster, block does not work without a shield, so forget about that. Though melee or ranged damage reduction % can be very useful.
If you watch monk streamers and listen to what good players have to say, you will see a pattern. Very high dps, no dying, and not that much hp, resist, or LoH. I have zero LoH, and I don't recommend regen either. 700 RA should be enough, so get your crit chance and crit dmg weapons and you should be fine. Once your dps gets higher you should be killing elites with 1 serenity followed by SSS. The general pattern for players is that they start out stacking too much resist and LoH, and slowly gain dps and drop it. So if you can afford it, drop all that gear and go for damage. Work on your crit chance, use cyclone and thunderclap. It's the cookie cutter end game monk build, but it simply is the best until they patch the monk's skills.
I think just the other day listening to Alkaizer on his stream he was saying the same thing, people really need to get their dps higher, it's extremely important since you wont need to survive long if everything dies right away.
Another solution is life steal, which works very well once your dps gets up to 70k or higher, since tornados on cyclone proc it. You only need 2.5% to see it heal you back up.
spirit regen shouldn't be needed at all for spamming mantra, since Thunder Clap has AOE and hits twice per swing.
