5% lifesteal is recommended, you go with 3 from just the passive. I'd start there.
What he said, 5% life steal will make a world of difference for your survivability. Also you can stand to have less life so switching to rubies is also a decent plan

My sugestion would be to get a weapon with life steal. You can find one within your budget to replace your main hand one.
Also, you can very well live without those 3 Amethysts in boots and inna's pants. (For MP10 i would leave the one on the helm) Put rubies in there.
You should, too, craft a better shoulder armor with more Str, more Vit and same Allres. You could also get life% there but its gonna be tricky to get all at the same time.
If you feel you have low life, from dropping the Amethysts, buy some new inna's pants with more vit. Should be relatively cheap.
It will cost you some dps but the cheapest would be to get an IK belt. I think your build is just fine for your gear otherwise, for mp10.
You could also use strength gems then, not vitality gems.

Looking at your gear all i can suggest to you is that you should get some crit damage on your rings and you could get a better amulet. The crit damage on it is fine but you could at least have crit hit chance or attack speed(preferably the former) on it.
You can also squeeze more crit out of your quiver if you wanted to
