posted a message on Item compare for set items is flawed.
Must be, same thing happens to me, probably started right around the time I hit ~100K damage on the statsheet.

posted a message on 1.05 is out, whats you're farming music?
It's funny how many dorks are metalheads (myself included). I like a good mix of Opeth, Revocation, Between the Buried and Me (older stuff), Slayer, Tool, Blotted Science, Faith No More, Porcupine Tree, Rush, Alice in Chains, Deftones, Incubus, Mudvayne, Pantera, Primus, Sepultura, Strapping Young Lad....hmm you get the picture...I could go on for ahwile :-)

Metal goes good with Diablo for me....always has.

posted a message on Reaver --> Skartaran Axe?
One of the first things i noticed post-patch (i've only 30 minutes in so far...no time today...sucks) is the renaming of the ilvl 61 one handed axe from Reaver to Skarataran Axe. I don't know, i just notice dumb stuff like that. Any other items get renamed?

yes it will have higher max MF so jewelry is really not smart to buy before patch, atleast the more expensive ones, crit will go up to 10% and crit dmg up to 100%

    Thanks! Good to know.

posted a message on Amulets in the 1.05 (PTR)
I know this has been discussed somewhat, rings and ammys can roll lvl 63 stats in 1.05, but what exactly will that do to their theoretical maximum values? Specifically, will MF on ammys roll to 50%? What about crit chance/dmg? 10%/75%? I'm looking for answers from people that have played the PTR extensively. What have you found? I would like to buy a ammy for MF purposes, but if I can get more MF or better value post patch, then I will wait. Thanks!

posted a message on Trade scams in Diablo III?
I was in a game with another barb who I hadn't played with before. He kept raving about my equipment, then proceeded to ask me if I could show him my Immortal King's Triumph in the trade window so he could compare it to his helmet (I guess in the trade window equipment shows increase/decrease in damage and life etc as if it were in your inventory). I am the paranoid type and I have seen a topic here or there about people scamming through ingame trades so I told him no.

So are there any scams where someone can somehow steal an item from you without hitting accept or am I just being really paranoid?

    how to solve

drop better loot easier : not preferred
remove 10 auction limit per time : pretty good solution so people can sell all of their loot from better price
make 36 bid time changeable : so you still can sell items and make profit instead of vendoring
increase sell rewards : at least 25 times so farming worth

So what can you do right now ?
You would gain a lot more items if you were working in a job 1$ per hour and use rmah
You would gain a lot more items if you were flipping ah

So farming is worthless right now for items or for profit

You do realise you can cancel an auction as long as it has no bids? Also, you complain about lack of any decent drops, but then you suggest allowing more than 10 auctions at once? It sounds to me like you just don't enjoy playing this game. Even when I go on a 8 hour dry spell I still am having enough fun smashing enemies and gaining paragon levels. It's a game, not a job.

    read the title

solutions for full of hatred people not for people that enjoys from the game already .)

and nobody cares about cancelling bid. i just want to throw items to the auctions house starting bid from 100 gold and give it 15 min auction time without any buyout price .)

Ok in that case I see what you mean. You still wouldn't sell 99% of the rares you put on the AH, you can vendor them for usually 1k.

Edit: I hadn't found anything valuable for many runs until yesterday, I found inna's set pants sold for 105 mil, and also some dex/cc/cd/ar gloves that are worth around 40mil.

posted a message on Duplicate item drops
This literally just happened to me for the first time. I have read these posts numerous times, but have always doubted it for some reason. Well, here I am, in the fields of slaughter inferno, and I kill a normal Blood Clan Warrior, and he drops rare Archon Greaves. Sweet! less than a second later I kill another Blood Clan Warrior, and out pops another rare Archon Greaves. They both ID'd as Scavenger's Hooves, and same exact crappy affixes and crappy stats, and same vendor price etc. So now that I know this happens, has anyone ever gotten dupes of a good item? dupes of a high end legendary would be great :-)

posted a message on Better Drop Rates On Legendaries??
I didn't find a legendary until plvl 9, and since then I have found approx 1 per level (sometimes I don't get one for a week, then I get 3 in 3 days, etc). Keep pluggin on through the dry spells, try to wear atleast a couple pieces of MF gear, and you will be rewarded (eventually).

    posted a message on Molten.....ouch?
I have also noticed that molten hurts me more. I am a well-geared barb farming act 3 with relative ease. Molten always hurt before the patch too, but since the patch I find I have to move around alot more when dealing with molten-equipped monsters. I chalk it up to one of three things:

    1. Maybe since most high-damage affixes got nerfed, we have gotten more accustomed to standing around during elite battles, and are just lazier now. Since molten didn't get nerfed, it catches us off guard sometimes.

    2. It stacks differently, as someoned mentioned earlier.

    3. It is somehow tied into the mob's base damage, also mentioned earlier.

Either way, I'm almost glad there is still an affix I have to seriously be careful to avoid. I still think there should be atleast one or two crazy affix combos that should be feared...makes the victory more thrilling/more adrenaline.
