Thing is, it's way more free to play as you wish than D3 ever has been and pobably ever will..
Take the fact that you can spec a mara to act as a regular witch?
And no, you do NOT have to take passive skill points on attackspeed, you can also get that on gear..
Then there's always gonna be different opinions about what's good and not, and thats just the way it is...some like it, some don't.

but I expect Demonic Essences to be fairly high priced initially, if they don't remain at least in the millions (depending on how many of them actually circulate).

This won't happen as the demonic essences are BoA too

I wan't to reach 200K DPS unbuffed with my legacy Natalya's. I need advice on what item I should upgrade (Please don't say something like Manticore with 1300 DPS, dex and 2 sockets)/

Well...everything basically, better gloves, better shoulders, a better amulet with average damage, a lot better chest with more dex, a nats ring with crit and a helm with crit...and overall more crit...
Not trying to bash you down here but legacy nats requires some kickass gear to be able to reach 200k+.

Found a Butcher's Sickle the other day, it would suck to be dragged in to melee distance and then stun locked.

SS breaks the pull so no worries ;)
I'm going to go for legacy nats with focused mind to preparation...that's 6 disc/sec regen for 15 seconds ^^; and an additional 4 Smokescreens in a row after that..

Fair enough comment, everything in AH seems to be that high that will offer me an upgrade :(

Let me rather ask this then: In your opinion, which piece is the lowest demoninator, maybe thats a good starting point. I'm trying to get a Dead Mans Legacy with 20 attack, 8 dis, 10%+ hungering arrow.. am sure that will help alot. The rings could possibly need upgrading. The boots, even compared to an above average rare I can add an extra 10 to 15k DPS there alone, concidering I might get 2 pieces inna (legs and chest) .. I now risk losing the 2 piece nats for the 7 crit... yikes so difficult :(

I'm at work currently so i can't view your profile from here, so i'll try to answer your questions from what's said so far..
That dead mans with somewhat high dex/vit values AND disc, is gonna cost you around 800m-2b easy...so you might want to concider lowering your requirements. Do you need the extra disc? if so, do you need a full 20 as?, maybe 19 is sufficient? or 9.5cc, changing a bit on those values can to craploads to the price...

Let me give you an example...this is my current quiver.

that right there is worth 1b+ and it does not even have disc nor full attackspeed...just so you get the idea..
i do realise that it does have some of the best dex/vit values out there, but that's also something to take in concideration..
I'd rather go with lower dex and higher skillbonus than the other way around, just make sure it's the RIGHT bonus (don't buy a bola one if you don't plan on using that skill, just foolish...)

Basically, stack as much dex as possible, wherever you can...first point of order..
Secondly, as much CC as possible.
Now, the best combo for the dual set bonuses (innas/nats) IF you plan on getting really high dps values, is a nats ring with CC, and nats boots...those are BiS and will give you the 7%cc bonus...
Now, you can either go with a Innas belt and pants OR pants and chest, but that's only if you are getting a witching hour...otherwise it's just stupid to loose out on the innas belt bonus..and also, the 3 set natsbonus (130 additional dex)

My recommendation is to look at the top DH's on diabloprogress to get an idea of what they're using, and then start from there...there's no reason to reinvent the wheel.

Where are the 1337 Demon Hunters out there who can help me with my char?

So you want to do MP10? comfortable? if so, here's an easy answer...not doable with that budget..
If you want high end gear, and i mean high end here, any piece is gonna cost you 300m+, ANY piece..

    Diabloprogress shows no such.

edit: Although I guess if it has "2 random magic properties" it should technically be possible to roll 2 sockets?
Would it? in that case mantis would be able to roll 3 sockets. I'm guessing fake or bug..

I'm probably gonna go with hungering - devouring, Cluster - maelstrom (faster impact) or impale, spike traps and im also thinking about a turret as a bonus dmg dealer aside from myself...and ofc...legacy nats ;)

Dueling a CM mage would really suck.

I suppose keeping opponents off screen while spaming hungering arrow with a Windforce would be cheating.

    On the opposite, they need groups to be able to effectively utilize their skills...no hits = loooow cooldown speed ^^;

    Ok!
So, no PvP as for now, but apparently, dueling will be something to expect in the next patch...
So, for us DH's, who generally have lower survivability, but higher dps output...what will be the "way" to go in dueling?

    Shoot!

isn't hungering arrow our single highest dps? (assuming we also have unlimited hatred)

Bola doesn't seem like it takes attack speed that well..

plus hungering can pierce multiple times (I usually see 2-3-4x most often..)
Hungering Arrow (HA) is probably still our #1 DPS hatred generator and the most universal one. Bola Shot (BS) might produce higher damage output in certain situations--such as high MP and AOE--but it is nowhere near as versatile as HA.

If we would have unlimited hatred, our highest damage skill would be either Cluster Arrow or Impale, again depending on the situation.

I currently, and for very long time, use HA: Devouring Arrow but I'm thinking about changing the rune to Spray of Teeth to see how it works on MP1-2 fast farming runs. Devouring Arrow is still the rune to go for high MP and uber bosses.

I think you would benefit heavily from changing to spray of teeth due to the AOE it provides...for me, with 14% bonus to HA on my DML, it does more or less the same damage to packs as ball of lightning does when playing on MP2 (not in terms of actual numbers but i blast equally big packs of mobs into smithereens as i do with EA)
