Diablo 3 continues to be an enormous and huge success.....ummmmmm I wouldn't go that far.

It's only one of the fastest selling games, most pre-ordered games on Amazon, most first-day sales and as of today one of the best selling pc games ever. It's still played by over 1 million players every day.

I suppose I shouldn't gone that far, I should gone even further looking at sales numbers and such. Diablo 3 is probably one of the biggest successes in history of pc gaming. Thank you for correcting me :)

The game is horrible and unless you live in a cave and havent played anything else you would see this. Loot system is crap, crafting is crap, class balance is crap, there is absolutely NO end game. While we are tossing around faulty logic I guess cause more people live in China that makes it the best country to live in?

If you really, truly believe the crap you've written about D3 Tiffy, just out of curiosity since this thread is so far off topic already, wtf are you even doing here? This site is called 'diablofans' & yet I can't find 1 of your posts where you even come close to supporting the game, developers, or players ... even with constructive criticism. THERE is the faulty logic getting tossed around (and not just by you).

Not meant to be a personal attack, but all you hater/trolls make reading & enjoying this site tiresome to say the least.

Yes, thank you for sharing :Thumbs Up: . I've only had time to check out Acts 1 & 2 yesterday so this vid gives me a good primer for later today. Just a side note: please try to include some comparative data to make it a bit more useful to those watching. Otherwise, well done!

How much ress do you have, and which mp do you farm? I don't know, maybe my build is wrong,or im missing something on your profile, but how are you able to farm high mp?LS plus high dps is the way?High AS?

I typically farm MP8 (or MP7 if I'm feeling lazy). Once you get your base unbuffed DPS high enough, dual LS becomes your saving grace on high MP. Of course one component of life recovery through LS that people don't speak of enough is Attack Speed.

I sit right at 3 attacks per second, which kicks back LS quite efficiently. My resist is right about 500.

My Monk is a project far from finished, and unlike many other members here, I really cannot farm MP10 effectively. I've always gauged my DPS to MP level by how well I kill goblins, actually. If I have trouble killing a goblin on MP9 (for example), I am likely not ready for that MP yet (speaking strictly from a DPS standpoint).

I know it sounds like a weird barometer for figuring what your max MP should be, but it's always worked for me.

Ahhh I finally found a soul brother! :Thumbs Up: I've always judged my killing ability by how fast I can take down a gob regardless of the paper dps. It's a great way to judge new gear & skill changes. Especially useful is when he gets mixed up in an e-pack ... take them all down & you've found a nice lvl for farming. As far as finding legs, I don't have a problem. Farming MP6 or 7 (less stress after a long day) gives me an average of 5 a run. A few days ago I got my record of 8 in 1 run (various parts of Act 3) & a total of 19 for the day. Not 1 was worth anything ... couldn't even give them away B) . Unfortunately, that is what I expect. I can't wait for the next patches ... 1.0.8 so I can combine farming with key runs (got 100 from Act 3 stored & wanna match that with keys from Acts 1 & 2 then do an all-night Uberfest) ... & 1.0.9 (hopefully) that will address the crap leg stats now rolling.

It's not only stupid, it's the ultimate in bad taste no matter what the subject matter is (other than a documentary of Hitler). This thread should be deleted as it serves no purpose whatsoever.

My last comment on the 'Trading House' aspect of D2/D3. For those of you who claim that it would make things easier & more sociable ... I call bullsh@#. I personally grew very tired, very quickly 'trading' in D2. I had/have no interest in learning to understand it. I don't care about 'trading'. My main focus was/is/will always be PLAYING THE GAME. There is nothing social at all about reading & writing spam trade messages in the chat channels. There is something social about joining a public game, fighting along with others, chatting when you feel like it, making comments about monsters, loot, etc. & possibly giving away a piece of loot you don't want or trading with your new-found companions, making a new game with a specific purpose, etc. THAT is being sociable. What a lot of you people don't understand is right in front of your eyes: it's an AUCTION house. I repeat AUCTION. And it functions exactly like an auction: Offer, bid or outright buy. Simple, easy, & flawed. As it is in real life. And that's what I like about it.

If you're on the US servers you should know me by now ... I have a 'friends' list a mile long. Admittedly I don't 'know' a lot of those people very well, but the fact is that within 5 minutes of making an open game it is filled. We PLAY, chat, boast about found loot, offer words of encouragement to those who didn't get any 'good' loot, answer/ask questions about skills, gear, playing styles, support new friends by making games at lower MP so they can survive or even have a chance to kill something, organize key runs & uber fights, give each other/trade gear/gems/tomes/crafting material/gold/whatever. THAT is PLAYING the game as it should be played & being sociable.

My words of advice for those of you who whine & moan about the loss of your beloved D2 spam/trade channels, bitch about D3 in the General chat, & lack of 'friends' now: BE MORE SOCIABLE! If you don't know how, join my game & I'll teach you. (all caps intended)

I like your ideas ... except for the 'Trading House'. It is not necessary AT ALL. I DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THE DAYS OF D2 & WASTE HOURS NOT PLAYING THE GAME, GETTING SCAMMED, OR SITTING WITH MY THUMB UP MY BUTT WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEN ... IN GAME OR OUT, JUST TO TRADE OR BUY (caps intended). I will NEVER use such an outdated system of trade again. Leave that poor dead horse to lay in peace.

Whew! that was long but well worth the read. Appreciate the effort & time spent ... well done :Thumbs Up: . I don't have anything to add ... just wanted to read as I am almost satisfied with my D3 gaming experience. There is always something that needs improvement or could be changed, but I'm just playing to have FUN .

Again, thank you for your excellent presentation & clear thoughts on many D3 matters. I look forward to reading more B)
